It's sad I have to write a review but my patience is thin with this location so this review about to be thorough! I don't often come to this location due to my commute to home; but today I decided to. Bad idea. I ordered a simple large fry and cherry bomb frosted lemonade. I got almost home and something told me to look in the bag. It certainly did not look like a large fry. I drive back to the same location, food untouched, and showed them the "large fry". The first drive thru person gave me the 'ok' to pull forward. The communication must've gotten lost because when I pulled up, in the empty drive thru, it took them about 3 min to actually realized I needed something. The second drive thru person finally approached and I explained to her why I was back again, she looked at me as if I had 2 heads and gave a dry response; no apology, nothing. She then gave me a new bag and I looked in and it literally looked the same as before..... I know y'all thinking "all this over a fry??" ; yes! Because it's the principle that I'm spending my money on something I asked for. The prices are raised everywhere so the product need to reflect. Period. Now you all can be the judge ....do this look like a 'large' fry to you? (1st bag-left, 2nd bag- right)

This is the closest Chick-Fil-A near where I live like others, so I'm pretty familiar with the level of service. I can say it's generally hit or miss like many have already stated. I spell my name almost EVERY time to the person taking the order, and it still is misspelled on the receipt. Typically have been here for lunch (and order is usually correct); however, I ordered a coffee with chicken biscuit awhile ago and the coffee was lukewarm (biscuit thankfully was good, though). I also cannot stand the lay out of this "drive thru" -- how the employees have to walk out to the vehicles. Understandably this can cause confusion, as the last time I ordered, the guy walked out to the WRONG Honda first, then to mine. They should've built this one like the Windy Hill location with the 2 distinct drive thru lanes. Terrible planning/layout whomever came up with this idea.

This Chick-fil-A is the closest restaurant to my house, so I come here quite frequently. All of the people here either A. don't know how to listen or B have a hearing problem because every time I order fried nuggets, I get grilled nuggets. I know it's like a little inconvenience but like who that's not like starving themselves actually eats grilled nuggets lol ?!! and they're not gross. It's just annoying. This happens every time.

Worst and slowest chick fil a in the Atlanta area, and this is coming from a chick fil a red member. You can do a mobile order 30 minutes ahead and you’ll still wait 15 minutes. Go to the other chick fil a right off the highway. They’ve also just flat out lost track of my order before and then not tried to resolve the situation and let me wait 30 minutes. And no, they didn’t compensate me for my trouble in any way. Not to mention I have since returned and literally heard an employee telling the story of how they messed up my order, and that same day I once again waited 15 minutes for a mobile order.

A Clever Fish
Everyone at this Chik Fil A is so nice! Everytime I pull in they recognize me and call me by name. They showed me how to use the app and now I get points! So nice to be treated like a familiar name and a familiar face everytime I'm there! Always fast and pleasant!
This is easily the slowest Chick-FIl-A on the planet, consistently takes over 15 minutes to get through the drive through. To make it worse because of the drive through design you are trapped in the line until it clears in front of you. There isn’t the same bubbly feeling from the staff either, rarely get a my pleasure!
Worst Chick-fil- A I have ever been too, hands down. I drove into the drive through after placing a mobile order on my phone for a milkshake. After driving to the window to receive my order, the employees did not greet me. There was no one in line, yet it took them 7 minutes for me to receive my milkshake. Once I recieved my order and drove off, I realized they had forgotten my whipped cream, and my cup was half empty. This was unacceptable. The service was terrible and my order was wrong. Close down this location.
