Wonderful, shoutout to all of the kind employees! I got my food in 2 minutes, it was all hot and delicious. The employees said my pleasure, and this is the BEST chick fil a I have ever been to!!!

This place use to be number 1 now since they build this new one it's all kinds of mistakes like the line and having 1 person outside til she had to get someone or the fries not hot or tasted cooked. I never in my life complained about this place .

I'm not a fast food person but I was craving a chocolate milkshake tonight. Five Guys milkshakes are too expensive, and not worth the price. so I decided to try Chick-fil-A milkshake as an alternative.

It was very tasty, and I enjoyed it. I'll be back.

On December 10th, around lunch time, I went through the drive through at this Chick-fil-A, and the customer service was above and beyond. They helped me during a moment of stress, and made sure I got my food hot and fresh. I am truly grateful for their hospitality, and the wonderful food as well. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the great team at Chick-fil-a.

My granddaughter and I stopped at this Chick-Fil-A yesterday and it was a great experience! The store was clean and spacious. The employees were ready to take our orders and the food was awesome and served HOT! On a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 10! 💥

Food is always 10/10 but customer service is 0/10 .. should’ve kept the old one open across from WALGREENS ! I did a mobile order they forgot my sauces if I didn’t save sauces from my previous times coming I’d have no sauces ! No utensils , no crackers for the soup .. lines are long I might as well just ordered in drive thru ! Guess I gotta drive to the one by austell now

My grandsons nuggets were so overcooked, both our fries were absolutely old as could be and overcooked. My sandwich was ok.
My wife’s salad was ok. This is a new store and I live close, but I won’t be going back anytime soon. Just not chic fil a standard. Old fries in the drive thru used to be a thing, but…. I expected more. Maybe I’ll try them, but not anytime soon. Drive thru.

I’m really disappointed with this brand-new Chick-fil-A location. You would think a new store would be focused on running smoothly, but that hasn’t been my experience. The team seems very young and honestly pretty unmotivated. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times already.

Tonight was the last straw — I arrived around 9:30 PM and they had already closed the inside registers and shut down the milkshake machine, even though the restaurant clearly closes at 10 PM. It basically felt like they closed almost two hours early, and customers were left with no real service options.

This is definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management steps in and gets things on track, because right now it’s not living up to the brand at all.
