Absolute horrible customer service. They had my chicken mini meal off by ONE count and instead of just giving me what I asked for they made me pay $0.52 for one mini. Anytime I have ever been to a chick fil a they are over apologetic for their mistake. They will let you keep the wrong order and then get you what you asked for without an up charge. Chick fil a has developed this standard and all of their stores need to live up to it. I will not be showing up to this location again.

I like this Chick-fil-A. The employees are prompt and professional. But the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building so I opt for take out. There is currently limited indoor seating but the play area is not open yet.

Consistently much slower than any other chik fil a I’ve been to. Drive through set up is not sufficient to accommodate the amount of customers frequently present and it almost always moves at a snail’s pace when crowded. Despite being by far the closest chik fil a to where I’m staying I can get food faster by driving to one 2 miles further away.

I came to this location to buy food for my sons. I placed the order online and waited for curbside pick up as prompted on the app. After waiting 25 minutes, no food had yet to be delivered. I went inside and had to get my food from them because they had no idea there was an order.. my kids ate after 30 minutes of placing the order and waiting. Absolute worst place to order from. Do yourself a favor, if you’re gonna eat here do not place order online since this locations technology is stuck in 2002

Came through the drive thru, just me an one other car, I ordered a 12 piece meal with Mac and cheese . The order was repeated to me … I got to the window and a whole other order was recited, along with my order which was a grilled meal I said No that’s not right take that meal off … then she handed me my food I pulled up because I’m like for sure chick fil a didn’t mess up on my order not them … and I look an theres no Mac and cheese so I pull around into the drive thru let the lady know I was missing my Mac and cheese she said okay pull around… at this time there are 3 cars ahead of me and my food is getting cold I pull up an was told my Mac and cheese wanna rang up and that I needed to pay for their mistakes … wow
