Love going to this Chic Fil-A. This is my âneighborhoodâ CFA if you will. And it always has a family kinda vibe when you go in( atleast when itâs not during rush hour) The operator Chris Darley is just a genuinely nice guy and man of Christ. Some times there can be a bit of a wait for mobile dine in or carry-out and food comes out a little less warm then Iâd like( but thats just me bein picky)

I love Chick-fil-A but this east lake location just doesnât cut it for me. I donât normally write reviews but Im frustrated. I frequent it often because itâs less than 2 minutes away from me, but the customer service here compared to other locations is just lacking. The other issue is my food is just mediocre. My fries are never hot or salted which sucks because the waffle fries are my favorite. And the nuggets are sometimes a hit or miss as well. The breading is soggy looking and falling off the nuggets. At other locations my food is always hot and fresh and delicious. Tonight, I was given the wrong beverage, the girl at the window just took a guess at which soda was mine, my fries were cold and I wasnât given any napkins. I may have to start driving to another location for quality instead of convenience. I donât want to have to pay my hard earned money to buy cold food that I have to come home and throw in the air fryer.
Nov 26, 2024. My breakfast was COLD! You can get sick from this kind of stuff. My hashbrowns were cold and so was my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The cheese wasnât even melted! Itâs extremely irritating to get subpar food and now I have to be hungry at work because I am afraid to get food poisoning because I donât know how long this has been sitting out! Why is the food cold at peak breakfast hours?! It was 740am when I got this!

I love the workers.this is not ur typical chick-fila. They treat you nice,ONLY if you tip. Itâs better here and i would recommend

Wanted to give a huge shout-out to Chik-Fil-A Eastlake! We had a delivery set up for yesterday for a company function, to be delivered between 7am and 7:15 am. At 7:00 am, I received a phone call from the manager to advise me that due to car accident in front of their store, there may be a slight delay in delivery. At 7:03 am, I received another phone call, this time from the actual delivery driver to advise me of the same thing.
This is exactly the type of customer service that Chik-Fil-A is known for and our delivery was still delivered ON TIME!
Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE and breakfast was a big hit at our function.

make sure to check your bag for your sauces been to this location twice now and theyâve forgotten them and it clearly says it on my bag and receipt for them. would go a few min down the street to another location than this one.

The individual who took my order at approximately 6:10 am was exceptionally courteous. He stands around 5'9", has a beard, and a small bald patch at the back of his head. Appearing to be in his late 40s, he seemed to hold a managerial position, yet his friendliness made me feel genuinely welcomed. This establishment is notably clean and efficient, ensuring accurate orders for a swift departure. More employees with his demeanor would greatly benefit the store. Thank you very much for make my day.
The employees seem rather incompetent. They mess up at least one thing every time I go. Why cant they focus and pay attention?!
