my visit was on 2/21/24...I normally dont write reviews but I felt I was complied to bc this visit made me so emotional. I came in around dinner time on this wednesday evening with 2 toddlers and an infant. Im sure I was getting looks because the kids I had didnt look like me but cute kids that wanted to say hi to everyone! Ms. Emily or "auntie emily" she told the kids she was greeted us and to let her know if we needed anything. at the end of my visit Miss emily came to my assistamce as one of my toddlers decided he was going to fall out in the restaraunt she assisted me get the kids back together and even walked me to the car with them after getting them some ice cream before. I WANT T SAY THANK YOU UNKNOWN TO YOU THE KIDS I HAD WERE FOSTER CHILDREN MY CLIENTS THEY HAVE A EVERY OTHER WEEK VISIT WITH THEIR SIBLINGS (ITS FIVE IN TOTAL) BECAUSE OF A TRANSPORT ISSUE THE OTHER TWO SIBLINGS DIDNT SHOW. REASONS WHY THE LITTLE BOY DIDNT WANT T LISTEN OR LEAVE THE RESTARAUNT BC HE HADNT SEEN HIS BROTHERS YET WHO WERE NOT COMING. I AM NOT A MOM MYSELF SO YES I BECAME VERY STRESSED IN THAT SITUATION AND I THINK YOU SAW THAT AND CAME TO MY RESCUE SO THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH AUNTIE EMILY !
I previously had given this location a better rating, but I won’t be returning because there’s always issues when I pick up food. Mostly missing items like drinks and food, and due to ordering through the app, there aren’t appropriate avenues for refunding missing items. There is a “free item at your next visit” given for mistakes even when the free item costs less than the missing item. It’s poor business practice. If you do go, I suggest you check every item, including looking in the containers, because there’s probably something missing, like the bun on a sandwich (to take from my experience here), which is just a lack of attention to detail that I find to be the norm here. It’s not that the food is bad but how can you rate it when you don’t receive it and don’t get refunded? Disappointing.

I’m either very unlucky or this Chick-fil-A is just terrible. I feel like every time I go here something goes wrong. On multiple occasions I’ve received raw chicken. (See picture of my breakfast the other day) I wouldn’t normally come on here and complain but I have submitted my complaint to Chick-fil-A and they never followed up so hopefully someone on here will see this.Things that have gone wrongRaw foodOrder a 12 ct of grilled nuggets and received 7? Not sure how that happensRaw chick biscuitMissing saucesCharged for 2 meals and had to get refundedWaited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries (wish I was joking)Ordered two meals with fries, got home to find out they never put them in the bagAm I eating at chicfila or McDonald’s. At this point I really can’t tellEdit: after looking at other peoples reviews it seems I’m not the only one that issues with their quality and ability to fill the bags with the food that was ordered. I usually love Chick fil a, and the food is always good. I ordered delivery from this location today, and they forgot my drink. I was charged for the drink, and it showed up on the receipt. They even gave me a straw in the bag, but no drink.

Hate chicken. Owners need to stop being homophobic. Only reason we stopped was our daughter finished a swim meet and this was the closest thing that wasn't Taco Bell. Marietta drivers are also terrifying as they stare at their phones while barreling through the parking lot in their suburbans.

I come to this one because it’s close to work. Food is always good but their drive thru setup sucks compared to all the other Chick Fil A drive thrus I go to. Having one lane be mobile orders only while it still merges into the regular lane sucks. It always causes a backup and people try to force their way in front. None of the other ones I go to do this, for good reason. Actually I agree with some of the other people in the reviews that they skimp you on portions here too. Like my scramble bowl today. If it wasn’t for the convenience, I wouldn’t come to this location at all
