If I could give less than one star, even less than zero I would. This is the WORST chic-fil-a experience I’ve ever witnessed. My sisters placed an order through drive through asking for TWO spicy deluxe sandwich meals. They received only ONE correct sandwich, the other being reg. chicken. My sister takes it back inside to ask for it to be remade and a fresh fry because this one will be cold waiting for the sandwich. After all she wants to eat them together just like anyone who orders a meal. She was told she can’t have a fresh fry and has to wait for the sandwich because other people have been waiting for food longer than her. She asked for a manager and Suzanna wouldn’t go and get one at first. My sisters tried explaining that they weren’t the ones who messed up the order, AND they have already paid and went through drive thru so the rest of the food is getting cold. The staff didn’t care and was rude and dismissive. The customers were even saying just give her a new fry you guys messed up. The manager Armonie was very unapologetic and eventually gave the fry, but she kept trying to defend the logic that they needed to wait after everyone else even though we already paid and have food getting cold. Chic-fil-a used to be part of the gold standard of amazing customer service, but now they’re barely better than McDonald’s. It’s sad not to take pride in a position you purposely applied for. Please fix this!

Thank you, CFA, for bringing in new management! The difference is night and day. The staff and the service are exceptional! Everyone is friendly and seems to really enjoy working there. The quality of the food has drastically improved as well. Thank you, Drew Meyers, for turning around this location!
Placed drive thru order and they made me pull into a spot for my milkshakes, which I saw sitting on the counter. 20 min later I go into the store. Whoops we forgot, here's your milkshakes that have been sitting here melting for 20 min. Mistakes happen. Other CFA's own and make up for their mistakes. Not this one.
It would be nice if ChicFilLa would finish up renovations on this location! It’s been closed for months!!!
