I visited November 15th with my handicapped nephew. The staff's attention to details was excellent. The manager helped with our drinks and the food was delivered to our table quickly. The servers made sure we had had everything we needed and cleared our table in a timely manner. One server greeted my nephew and gave him a fist bump. The love of Christ was shown to us from the minute we walked in to our departure. Thank you!

Terrible traffic flow, unable to exit onto Powder Spgs Rd E bound. Breakfast service was a disaster despite a kitchen full of employess, due to some sort of management meeting monopolizing the back dining area. Will not return.

I ordered a grilled spicy chicken sandwich and asked if the sandwich came with bacon. The guy said it does not, and I said ok. He asked if I wanted the bacon, and I said no. I simply wanted to verify it didn't come in the sandwich so that I could have it removed well when I get the sandwich I found bacon in it we go back around through the drive thru and this time there is someone outside we explained to him what was wrong with the sandwich and he apologized took the sandwich from us and said they would fix it. He goes back to the window they hand him the sandwich and he brings it to our car. The chicken and cheese were cold, and the bun was not grilled.

The service at this Chick-fil-A was excellent—friendly staff, quick service, and my order was prepared correctly (or so I thought). Customer service was top-notch.
However, when I received my food, the entire bag smelled overwhelmingly like strong perfume. Now my hands, my car, and my food all smell like perfume too. This is a food establishment, and strong fragrances have no place here. It’s off-putting and makes me question cleanliness standards if employees are wearing such overpowering scents while handling food.
To make things worse, when I got home, I realized I was missing two hashbrowns from two of the meals I paid for. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. Between the missing items and the overpowering perfume, this experience was really disappointing.
Chick-fil-A, please address these issues—employees should not be wearing strong fragrances while handling food, and orders need to be double-checked before being handed out.
