I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the service was shockingly unprofessional. Kyle, the assistant manager, showed no leadership or effort to address concerns, while Kaylah had a rude and dismissive attitude. However, the worst part of my visit was Reagan, who was blatantly mean-spirited and displayed behavior that came across as racist.
Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service, but this experience was the complete opposite. The team was not welcoming, seemed irritated, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Instead of the friendly, efficient service I expect, I was met with condescending tones and unnecessary hostility.
Management seriously needs to address this type of behavior because it does not align with Chick-fil-A’s values. I will not be returning to this location, and I highly suggest that others take their business elsewhere until these employees are properly trained or replaced. Then Regan call the employee “the black girl” you was talking to. Terrible on all levels.

REGAN the manager on duty was very rude!!!😠😠 I had a long strain of hair on my Chick-fil-a sandwich and when I returned it she tried to charge me extra money. I have been a long time customer and very disappointed with this terrible treatment. I will not come back to patronize this location again and I will be looking to share my awful experience with others.

The staff is over the top helpful and the food is great.
I come to this cfa all the time. And about 15 mins ago I came through the drive through and order chicken tortilla soup. I received the wrong soup. I am very allergic to something in the chicken noodle soup so I cannot eat it. I was very disappointed my dinner was ruined. I’ve tried calling the location multiple times but have not had anyone answer. I would hope we can resolve this somehow.

I visit this location once per week. An awesome staff of young adults who are smart, patient, respectful, and professional! Where do they find such rare gems in this day and age? Service is fast and friendly. The food is always consistent and delicious. Keep up the great work!
Kind, slow, and careless. Consistently. Your food will be haphazardly thrown together and delivered to you cheerfully by someone with no sense of urgency - even if you've been waiting for 10 minutes at the "just pull up to that cone" section for a single-item order.

Poor service. My dad stated that thos was the worst chik fil a he has been to. No napkins and had to remind the worker to give the granola for the salad and a fork. Wilted salad with small portions of salad, chicken, and fruit.

Ordered a #1 combo at 6:11 pm on 1/3 and got order at 6:20. Staff seemed VERY indifferent. I asked what was the number one seller and at least she knew it was a Chic Fila Sandwich.

Forgot all of my condiments and fork for my salad and sandwich. I drove all the way back to my work to realize they forgot the bare essentials for me to eat my meal. I called and said I would have to come back for a refund and anyone who has been to this Chick fila knows how difficult it is to get in and out of it. Would not recommend if you want your order correct. Very rare for Chick fila to forget items except this location!
Man I’m sure you’re out here trying to increase your profit but please invest in your staffing. I’m up here 2-4 times per month at various times of day and it feels like no matter when I’m here there’s people waiting in line, bags sitting on the counter needing to be ran, people waiting on refills, etc.
I’m sure this operator is very tuned into his labor % but the cost of staffing one extra person on front counter for the whole business day is a couple hundred—that would be worth it
