Came in during lunch hour. Ordered fries and nuggets in the drive-through. When I got my food, my fries were cold. I went inside waited in line. Young man greeted me & I explained to him what my issue was. He went to the manager Desiree to let her know my fries were cold. Her response was “I don’t know what to say cause all the fries just came up.” Never did she look me in my face simply dismissed the cashier and went back on her way. Never again I don’t understand how she’s a manager do better Chick-fil-A . Another PROFESSIONAL manager refunded my order and replaced the fries.
came in for take-out lunch on march 6. cat taking orders at the counter was friendly and efficient. food came out quick and hot. everybody has a smile. this is a good place. cfa never disappoints.

The food was delicious. Pretty standard quality food for a Chick-fil-A. The chicken sandwich was amazing and the shake was made to perfection.My issue was the service and the environment. I dined in but ordered on the app. The lady delivered the food to my table and didn’t smile, I said thank you, she said “mmhmm.” And walked away. Looking for that signature “my pleasure.” Didn’t get it.As for the atmosphere, it felt like the back of the restaurant lobby was a storage facility. They had partitions up that made it feel like the store was small. Also, the manager was CLEARLY doing an on-boarding with a new employee in the middle of the restaurant. I don’t know if this information is proprietary information, but surely she shouldn’t be reading from the handbook in front of customers.
Had “drive thru manager” threatens to not give me my breakfast placed via mobile order after joining the line less than 5 min after breakfast officially ended… even though order was placed and paid for well before then.

i was dancing in my car while waiting for my food in the drive thru, and this cute guy saw me and started dancing a little bit. i thought it was funny and it made my day. also the frosted strawberry lemonade is *kisses*

This location is very negligent! They don't check orders before giving them out and when you call about it they put you on hold forever to speak to management! I have a special needs child and ordered a nugget meal she didn't receive fries nor a toy I had to give half of my fries which left my meal short! When I called to complain I asked for my whole meal order to be replaced because I was also missing another item I was left on hold for over 35 minutes waiting on the appropriate manager so I was told! The little food I did receive and didn't have to share was cold by the time I even got to it! I never got to speak to anyone because I literally was just left on hold! I really want my money back because for 2 people and for th to not do their due diligence when giving out orders is ridiculous ...its not rocket science!
