Rude service. Made a mobile order to save time, they lost my order and told me to pull into a parking spot. Instead of prioritizing my order,they waited until the line died down, and then brought my order out. They forgot one item and left out the sauces that I had requested. My issue was not with the people taking my orders, it was mostly with the window staff. This isn’t the first time. They left out a sandwich on an order and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called to let them know, and they would not refund me until I brought the receipt in. I will go out of my way to not use this location again.

First off my kids sprite had a very large hair in it. Second off the inside looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all in weeks. Floor is very slick and dirty. Empty tables are dirty along with the floors around them. Even the tables that have been cleaned off (3 out of the many tables ) the floors around them are disgusting. What a shame if a chick fl a.

Placed an order on the Chick-fil-A app for drive-through…drove all the way over there and was told that they could not fulfill my order and that they were now closed. Was repeatedly told by a staff “ you could not have placed an order. We are closed.” Why would I have driven all the way out here if I hadn’t placed an order :) (6pm Saturday)

Food is good ... if they get your order right.

We've always loved supporting this location but in the last few months ths we've had over half our orders wrong resulting in trips back to the restaurant for inedible food due to allergies or just the wrong thing. Sometimes we just take the $ hit as we don't have time to drive back.
We have so many free food cards from their mess ups we can't even use them all. We'd rather just get what we ordered the first time!

Last night my husband ended up paying for an extra salad we didn't order; after trying to get ordered fixed he was so fed up he just left.

I get that new staff takes training but someone should be checking for quality control.

This Lassiter CFA has the SLOWEST drive thru in the morning. Just waited in line for 16 minutes. The Roswell Super Target location is much more efficient. They always have employees outside to assist.
