First time at this one. I was the only person in line inside. I waited by register for probably 5 minutes before asking someone who was not currently working (walking by) if they were even serving. He went to ask someone who had already seen me multiple times (filling up to go orders). Idk, I’d been seen by at least three different people and it took a dude who was off to go get someone before they reluctantly came over.I ordered a water and Chick-fil-A sandwhich thinking it’s the most basic thing on the menu and it’d be ready quickly. But no, I had to wait until another person walking by asked if I’d be helped. I told them what I ordered and he went to grab it. Took him less than 20 seconds. But I guess if you go in you’ll be ignored. Definitely will avoid this particular chick fil a

Great chick-fil-a!!! ? My 4 year old really LOVES the indoor playground and the nuggets & milkshakes.It’s also nice that they have a stepstool in the bathroom so kids can reach in the sink. They also have comfortable booth seats for people with back pain. ??It’s the little things!!! ✨?✨Thank you! ❤️???

This is definitely one of the more inefficient Chick-fil-A's in the area. You definitely have to wait for your food here. They should send everyone to train at the East Cobb
you can tell they don’t clean just by looking at the doors. the glass is disgusting and covered top to bottom in fingerprints, it takes 5 minutes to clean glass doors? the floors behind the counter are always gross and the kitchen employees will come out covered in flour. the front counter people are always cold and standoffish and don’t want to greet you or look at you. this location is disappointing
The restaurant at shallowford rd Marietta has terrible service, drive thru sux Bring my food to me five cars deep and i can’t leave. Food i am sure is cold. Want be back
