I had a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. I was charged twice for my order and, to make things worse, was given the wrong food. After calling and speaking with someone named “BRK,” I came back to sort it out. When I arrived, a lady named Vienne processed my refund but was incredibly rude throughout the whole interaction. She acted like I was making the whole thing up and didn’t offer any kind of apology or compensation for the trouble. This is not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A, and I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. After placing my order, I was charged twice and then given the wrong order altogether. I called ahead and spoke to someone named “BRK” who seemed helpful, but when I went back in, a lady named Vienne handled my refund. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude, treated me like I was lying, and didn’t offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience or wasted time. I usually expect better customer service from Chick-fil-A, but this experience was really frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Just left here and there were so many unaccompanied children from the schools running around and crowding our table that we just wanted to run out. It was like the entire middle let out. Not only did they all have fowl mouths but had no respect for other customers. Something needs to be done about the loitering issue and require some sort of adult supervision.

Walk inside at 10:30 to get a chicken biscuit for my son. The man in front of me tried to order the same thing. They said they weren’t serving breakfast anymore however they had tons of breakfast items still in the window. I’ll stick to Roswell and the Lassiter locations.

I was working late New Year's Eve and pulled up 5 minutes before close to quickly grab some food so I'd have something to eat. The worker saw me pulling around and intentionally ran inside. Horribly unprofessional.

I dined in at your location at Johnson ferry rd at Woodlawn Square 12/4 @6pm. I was charged 35 cents to get my lemonade with my combo. Nowhere on your menu does it say there is an upcharge. I asked Clay a manager that walked by my table. His explanation is I should see it on the menu. I said it's nowhere on the menu. He then told me to "do the math" and look to see that there is a difference in price. Seriously? A manager tells someone this? I said that doesn't explain that to someone asking how they'd know that. He said well I don't know so ask corporate because "I don't have time to help you". I was left in shock as this is most certainly not the chickfila way of speaking to a customer in the least. On top of that, I asked for fries with no salt and got fries with salt. My Sandwich was cold by the time my new fries came. Also asked for extra pickle and got no pickle. You all definitely missed the mark on this visit, but if it's Clay that is managing this experience-that may explain some things. This was a horrible experience and he is NOT setting an example of chickfila service.
