i come here often and am usually satisfied with my order. but the last few visits my fries have either been cold or not filled up all the way. however today i had my last straw. i am severely lactose intolerant and i asked for extra pickles on a sandwich and received a slice of american cheese which i couldn’t eat. thank you to the manager though for apologizing on the phone and refunding my money.

Always fantastic customer service, very efficient, food comes out pretty quickly as soon as you get to the window, staff is ALWAYS friendly. Very rarely do they get your order wrong and when they do, they correct it. I compare the customer service and level of service of other businesses. regardless of what that business is to Chick-fil-A’s service because Chick-fil-A is the standard in customer service and making their customers feel welcome and happy and satisfied and they go above and beyond in doing that, and they are always kind and courteous. I would say at least 97% of the time they have your order correct. I love Chick-fil-A.
The absolute worst Chick-fil-a location out of all the ones in East Cobb. I had to stop ordering the chicken because it is never cooked enough and I always end up throwing it away. All of the other locations seem to cook their chicken longer and it is crispier. I have bitten in to way too many weird bites of chicken from this location and they will no longer fulfill the request for extra well done chicken or fries. I hate that this is the closest location to me because my kids love CFA and we go there at least once a week but I have been driving all the way to the Lassiter location because this one is just awful. So inconsistent and their employees are not as friendly either as other locations either. Feels like it is run by teenagers.

Ordered 2 soups, 2 salads, a #1 meal, and a grilled nuggets meal. They made me wait in "VIP" a few minutes and then gave me fried nuggets and no fries with either of the meals. First time getting food there in several months, they used to be pretty good. People were nice enough, mistakes happen, and all that... Just disappointed.
