Love this place. They offer small samples, if there's a chicken salad you haven't tried. The sides are great, I'm a fan of the soups. Any sandwich is delicious. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh. I like the seating, I eat and read, and I'm left alone.

Love love love this restaurant!!! The food is amazing!!! Some of the best chicken salad ever!!! So many different types of chicken salad makes choosing one difficult. But, you can rest assured no matter what you choose you will never be disappointed!!! The service is fantastic. The employees are always friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile.

This place always has the best service as well as food! Olivia (I think was her name) is always the sweetest. I made a mistake and ordered a chicken salad with nuts in it which i’m not supposed to have and i told her my mistake and she made it right. Yes my mistake & she still took the time to make it right! I can not say enough great things about this Chicken Salad Chick! I look forward to going to eat here after playing tennis in the heat like I would a gourmet restaurant... always have a great experience and the chicken salad is crave-able! I mix and match different kinds every time I order, but I think the Old South is my favorite! Thank you for doing such a great job and maintaining such a great Chicken Salad Chick restaurant for me to go to! So thankful for you!

It was my first time at the restaurant and the employee didn't give me enough information, so I ordered what I thought was a "salad" and when I got the food it was one scoop of chicken pate.
