Chicken Salad Chick

This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.

Eat here a lot. Love all the chicken salads! The cashier was friendly and did a great job taking orders. The only reason I’m writing this is to inform the owners. The staff working there look like a sad bunch! They all did a great job but not one smile or a pleasant expression. I spoke to the girl that brought our food to the table. She was so stressed she just looked at me. Many people waiting at 2pm. Hope there’s a good manager at this location. Love the food!

Great place for a quick bite.

The food is good they just don't put enough chicken salad on the sandwiches to the point it was only bread, lettuce and tomatoes

First time there. I ordered a classic salad with traditional chicken salad, a side of ranch and a side of balsamic vinaigrette. I receive a bowl of lettuce with 4 cherry tomatoes for $6.99 (ouch) and a scoop of cranberry almond chicken salad. No ranch. I walked to the front, explained the mistake and asked for the traditional version… but the gal behind the register decided that instead of saying “I’m sorry, we’ll get you what you ordered”, she copped an attitude. I was shocked because I wasn’t rude at all. Despite asking for ranch AGAIN, it never arrived. The restaurant temp was rather cold. OVERALL NOT IMPRESSED! Worse, the traditional chicken salad was just so-so and hardly worth the aggravation.

Always fresh, great chicken salad, scrumptious red velvet cake!

I love CSC. I've not been to this location. It was crowded because it was Dec 23rd. I normally go to Newnan. It was good but i didn't think I got as much as usual. Love their broccoli salad.

Chicken Salad Chick does it right. Good food which they bring to you. Table clothes instead sticky tables. High quality employees.

Excellent preparation of my bacon/cheddar chicken salad croissant. The croissant had a nice crisp to it. Great job to the preparers in the back. 🙂👍💕

Chicken Salad Chicks on Dallas Highway in Marietta Georgia do not eat there. I have found a hair in my food twice and a bone the third time. The bathroom and floor in the mail eating area is dirty. Nasty place. Can't get corporate office to answer the phone.

Food is amazing- not many men in there. I dig chicken salad, lol. My wife and I love the warm welcomes, the wonderful food and the app gives a free full meal for your birthday!! Highly recommend
