Chicken Salad Chick

Update 12/3/25. Need to downgrade and share a new complaint. This location REALLY needs to hire kitchen help that has restaurant experience AND have a manager overseeing them. Takeout order today: soup was placed sideways in bag so it could have leaked everywhere & broccoli salad was not contained so when I got home with food, everything including my sandwich was totally soggy with mayo/broccoli ‘juice’ and covered in broccoli pieces. Dang it! $14 wasted, AGAIN. I’m beginning to hate this place; I ONLY come here because my elderly dad loves the food or I’d never come to this location again.

This location seems to really struggle with getting orders correct, at least ours. Once again, they left out things we paid for which is very frustrating, especially as that part was take-out and we’re already home before we noticed!!!
Yesterday’s soup was different than usual - tasted like it had been watered down with milk with spices not adjusted. No toppings either. At least the patio seating was nice.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Chicken Salad Chick. First, no one bothered to mention that the menu had changed, so a few items we came specifically for weren’t even available anymore. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up before ordering.
On top of that, the soup they served was ice cold. Not lukewarm—literally cold, like it had just come out of a fridge. For the price and the reputation, I expected way better. Overall, the experience felt careless and frustrating. I definitely left unhappy and won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Slowest of all the ones around. ALWAYS takes longer than it should. A counter person should not take to go orders by phone when there is a line of people standing. Just compounds the slowness with which orders are filled.

Purchase a classic Carol chicken sandwich and wheat bread lettuce tomato plenty of chicken salad on it. With a additional side of chicken tortilla soup good chunky flavorful soup. Comes with plenty of crackers.

Love the food but this place is always so slow to get food out. 15 minutes to get chicken salad scooped into a container is ridiculous.

This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.

They must have changed the quality of the food .... the loaded potatoe soup only had 3 pieces of potatoes and the broth was watery, also the Olivia's chicken sandwich was missing some of the chicken salad liked they skipped on the salad ... 1 month ago it was perfect ... what happened?? Will give it one more shot hopefully it was just an off day 😞

I came to pick up an app order and stood at the counter for a few minutes. Two employees were at the front, one handling other orders while they both talked to each other, but neither acknowledged me or said a word. Even a simple “We’ll be right with you” would have made a difference.
