Picked up curbside and everything we ordered was phonamal. Our hamburger, chicken, patato soup, everything was good, fresh and hot.The best burger I think I've ever had. I can't express enough how good our food was. Our hats off to the chef.
Absolutely horrible food service. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever when we arrived. Drinks took over a half hour and some of the people at our table never received their drink. The food was good, but once it was brought to the table no one ever stopped to see if we needed anything. No drink refills- not that some of us ever received their drink to begin with. The table next to us had a handicap member and the mom was running to the bar to get condiments- whatever they needed because again, horrible service. When the bill was brought to our table, we were charged for multiple meals that weren’t ours and drinks we never ordered. Over $50 in random charges and when we spoke with our server she kept giving excuses like “our menu has changed so prices in the menu may not be correct!!! :o excuses me?! WHAT?!!!!!
Yummy food with friendly staff. This chain has rather unique salsa that is a real treat for salsa buffs like me. Flavor has a cumin backdrop and mouthwatering good. You gotta try southwest chicken soup too. Hearty with a kick!
The food was okay but the portions of food for to go are absolutely ridiculous… For paying almost $90 and barely getting any food is just a rip off. You’re better off just eating pizza or somewhere else ?
Poorly run restaurant. Not sure how they are still in business. We were there today with the family for dinner around 6pm, no one greeted our table, after 15 min I got up and asked the “hostess” if we were going to have a server. After 5 min , someone showed up to take our order. I asked what domestic draft beers have and she didn’t know. Food didn’t take that long except the chili that it took forever and we had to sent it back because it was extremely salty. We had to ask for drinks refills and an extra plate to the nice girl that ran our food. I personally have not been at Chili’s in a little while and definitely won’t be back.
Good place fast service would go back
Took 15 minutes to get seated, when it wasn’t even busy, had multiple employees look in our direction yet nobody greeted us or even asked us to wait a couple minutes. Staff seemed frustrated, had bad customer service and just overall didn’t seem like they cared much at all. There were 2 different people who brought our food to us, one spilling the drink of another person I had with me, and not even offering to clean it up, just brought us a wadded up used looking paper towel, which was pretty pointless. The other employee kinda just threw my plate down and ignored me when I said thank you, very blatantly, and I thought well at least they brought the food quickly. Only to find out they forgot pieces of my order and they had to go make it. Found 2 hairs in the food. Will not be coming back.
Me and my sisters went here the food was hot.and temperature. I got the steak broccoli and loaded mashed potato. Only thing I didn't like is the loaded mashed potato. They wasn't good at all. They like dark. Need a better recipe for them . My sister had hamburger sliders they was pink all the way thu. It took a min to bring back out. The the manager brought them out she said sorry for the wait. But they could give her the food or half off. Because they was raw. Good customer service..
Delivery was made in a timely manner it would be nice to have hot food delivered instead of cold! We had burgers & fries the burgers were very tasty…(even cold) but the fries were awful cold and not eaten!
The service was a little slow even though they weren't busy, but they were apologetic. So it was okay. However, do not touch those stupid tablet things, someone with us ended up paying $2.99 for about 10 seconds of trivia.We went back to check if it even tells you it will charge, and it does, in white text on a multicolored background, in the top right corner of a screen that already says "access granted."It says "Cancel Purchase, 2.99" but never tells you that it's charging you before you click anything. The UI has clearly been designed to trick customers into purchasing things on accident.Moving forward, if I want Chili's it will be take-out only.

This particular location (Dallas Hwy in Marietta) isn't my first choice. Customer service could be a lot better. No sense of urgency in taking care of the customer. Much better service & food at other locations.
My family loves the Cajun chicken pasta! We arrived around 5pm on Saturday and was seated immediately. Our service and food were excellent. The only downside to our visit was the checkout process. Our check was split between 2 families, of which 1 was paying cash and 1 was debit. It took about 15 additional mins for the server to collect the cash.
Food (burger) was inedible. Ordered medium and was literally burnt. 6 people in the entire restaurant at lunch and took over an hour to order, served and eaten (choked down). Service was mediocre at best. Felt sorry for the waiter. Wholly beyond her capabilities. Just terrible and I’m a understanding person. Other diners at the bar returned their food and walked out. Should of followed them!
Something blue in my potatoes they are also kinda dark than usual I get the same thing every time just different location but I won’t come back to this on that’s forsure people just don’t understand how handling food is important when people have to consume it I could’ve chocked had I not looked at my food well and just ate this rubber material I definitely should be compensated and apologized to for this.
Waitress Bri and likely a cook seemed to be the only ones in the building and supported every table at once. Waitress was awesome, but she had to constantly run around to every table in the restaurant. Where is the manager? Where is the bartender? Where is the rest of the staff? Wings taste microwaved. Ranch was half water. Very poor management. Why put the name of the manager on the outside of the building if your restaurant is a wreck? I do NOT recommend going to this location.
