Super in n out experience I'm from miami and it's always busy we ordered and the drinks appetizer came out within minutes our server had a section and working the bar and was amazing I used to be a server myself so u gotta hustle but yes wow that guy killed it kudos to him and his team 👏

Why is my favorite server Ambrose leaving!? He's the main reason I come here weekly.
I found out today Ambrose is getting promoted! Even tho I’m happy for him. he’s telling me he’s going to be moved. I drive here from 45 min away to see him and get ok food. Chilis goes from a 5 star to a 2 If he goes. KEEP AMBROSE please!
I heard the best part of chilis was leaving. Ambros is the best server I have ever had at any establishment. He is funny kind personable and honest. My boyfriend and I literally only come to see him please don’t move him we love his work!

If I could give this place no stars I would! I came in for lunch with my nieces and dog. The hostess greeted us, saw my dog and immediately sat us down. We waited for at LEAST 10 minutes without a server coming to greet us. Just when I was about to see why the wait was so long an African guy I believe an assistant manager came out did not greet us but firmly said “no dogs allowed” and walked away. I was off put as I had been to other Chili’s and it was never an issue. He was on a leash quiet under the table, but since I was visiting from out of town I cooperated and put the dog in the car. When I came back I was surprised no one came back to take our order at that point we had sat there for about 15 MINUTES! At that point I was over the horrible service and time we had wasted. We should not have been seated and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over without greeting us or asking if we wanted to stay so we could have someone wait on us. After complaining about the bad service it took up at least 20 minutes. We ended up missing lunch because we had other things to do and that was very upsetting. Manager please talk to your staff the “assistant manager” had very bad mannerism and they need to let people know before seating that pets are not allowed as to not waste anyones time!

It's been a while since I'd been to a Chili's, and while my ribs were good, they weren't memorable. What was absolutely memorable were their chips and salsa. They were the thinest, crispy-est chips with the yummy-est savory-est salsa ever! We were in a large group, and service was great, especially with the little ones we had with us. Best thing was their decent prices. Go Chili's! I'll be back.
Chili’s is consistently great. We came in with a party of 22 (with a reservation, of course!) and we had outstanding service and food. Manager, Chelsea made the visit a fun experience. Thanks, Chili’s!
