This is my second delivery order here I was pleased with the first order because they got it right. My second order was wrong I ordered the Pork Pan Fried Noodles I got Chicken Pan Fried Noodles ok so they made a mistake I called to let them know you gave me chicken instead of pork first it was ok we will give you a credit for the next order then I got a phone call that the manager wanted me to send a picture of what I got. No problem I sent the picture. I get a text back saying " This is a mix of chicken and pork. I'm sorry you did not ask for that I can give you a credit for either egg roll or spring rolls (see below I clearly got all chicken). Like what where is the customer service? Your kitchen messed up not me. So in order to keep a customer and not get a bad review you would rather insult rather than satisfy the customer there are waayyyy!! waayyy!! too many other options in this area that I could choose to order from But I chose your restaurant not once but twice. I spent way more than $16.95 what would it have cost you to just give me a credit. It's called customer service. If you are ordering from this place please check your order before you pay. This is clearly ALL CHICKEN I ORDERED PORK. Instead of being insulted or as if I'm trying to get something for free I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM HERE my choice my money

Upon arrival through the front doors of CHIN CHIN, I was greeted by the smiley face of the owner! I immediately felt important! I dined in and ordered their AMAZING home made Sweet n’ Sour Chicken dinner, which was spectacular! It came out hot and the sweet n’ sour sauce was AMAZING!! My Wonton Soup was hot & very tasty! The egg roll with the hot mustard sauce was delicious! I have eaten Chinese food all over the USA for decades and I am here to tell you CHIN CHIN is THE BEST that I have EVER HAD!
Chin Chin is one of my two favorite Chinese/Asian eateries in the area. Friendly, helpful staff with really good food! Reasonably priced too. I'm particularly partial to their bourbon chicken!

Food is great… BUT they now serve much smaller portions.I am a long time customer -been ordering from them for the last 10-15 years- and the quality of the food is the same as before: their Singapore rice noddle is delicious and the it hot sauce is great. I want to put 5 starts for the quality of the food but I will shrink my number of stars in proportion to the shrinkage of the meal size they now serve. So 4 stars. Look at the picture. Much smaller portions than before. This is America, keep it big!

This restaurant offers American Chinese food as expected. The food and services are ok. The only reason I did not go to it is the issue with the exit of this plaza. Most of the time, there was a black SUV parked too close to the exit, which made the exiting car dangerous due to the block of the sights of the passing cars. strongly suggest the SUV owner to remove it and park in the back of the restaurant. Your consumers safety is way more important than your convenience.
