This place has the worst food pickup customer service I have ever encountered. I went to pick up an order for my mom today. They asked for her name. I gave it to them; I also told them two of the ordered items, one being a special order. They refused to provide me with the order. This was not paid for as they don't take payments over the phone. I had left my phone on the charger in my car. They would not allow me to pay for my order unless I gave them the phone number of the person who ordered it. I went to grab my phone. I then had to wait--at the back of the line. When I told the gentleman, this was ridiculous. I had 4 to 5 employees yelling at me. It's policy! After being yelled at, I told them to keep the order. Now, I'm in my 40's. They called my mother and gave her a completely different story. Not only did they lie, they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you think cellphone customer service is terrible, go here. This used to be one of my must-have foods when visiting my family. I will never step foot here again. I advise you to do the same.

I had a recent experience with one of the workers there. I was there to pick up an order for myself. What I didn't like was how she escalated a situation that shouldn't have been one to begin with. I was there to pick up my an perceded to show her my uber eats order app. She kept insisting till I confirm I won't get my order. So I show her again and she gets more abrasive almost combative and flat out refuses to give me my order. I told her it's mine ...as a paid customer...not as a driver. She ended up tug and war the food. Which ultimately even had hair in it! I never had such a rude, paranoid, experience with a restaurant. Not even an apology for her misunderstanding. I definitely try to give businesses opportunities to improve but clearly since my last review, things have gotten worse. Word to management: get hospitable hosts/servers that understand the art of kindness and care. Let that lady behind the counter go. There's many good Chinese restaurants nearby. This is a place that isn't close to being decent...in every sense of the word.

I would highly suggest avoiding this place. Poor food and horrific ambiance. It like a ghost town there.The asian lady that works there gives negative comments and attitude. Doesn't understand hospitality. I was there picking up my own pick up and she insisted to confirm on uber. I Insisted it was my own over the phone. Yet she doesn't recall. Ended up fighting for my food and also tugging of a bag of food! It Wasn't till later she calmed down and I already shown her my order.I rather have panda express instead

Always consistent. We get the ginger and scallion beef, the dry fried string beans, and the chicken lo mein every time! it's great. if you like mongolian beef, i highly recommend trying to ginger scallion beef instead. the ginger is a great addition!

LOVE this place. This has been my go-to for chinese takeout since the first time I've been! I can genuinely say it's some of the best chicken fried rice Ive ever had and THE best hot and sour soup. Definitely recommend

By far the best Chinese food I have ever had. I’m so glad I read none of the negative comments before visiting. The shrimp lo mein, shrimp eggrolls and general tso chicken are amazing. I will be trying more entrees.

This place has gone down hill sadly. It was the place to eat in the ‘80’s. Received something different than what I ordered, items were missing, what I did receive was hard and dry and the rice was like paste. I hate that they have let the quality of their food get so bad. I spent $35 to throw in the trash. Don’t waste your money.
Price went up. Food portion gotten smaller but that's everywhere nowadays..still

Although I pick my food up, I always check before leaving because something is usually missing. This time they gave me sesame chicken instead of shrimp. I didn’t pick up the issue until I was home. I just wasn’t willing to drive back, but very disappointed I did NOT get what I ordered. Very frustrating. I have not found a better Egg Drop Soup so I go back for that. I just wish they could get the rest of the order correct.

I would say this place has the best Chinese food that I have had in the state of Georgia. We were lucky to stumble on to this place because it is a little ways away from our place. Food is always good, never disappoints. We've tried probably 5-10 of their entrees, all very good. Also we usually ask for extra spicy and they do not disappoint there either. The lady that usually works the counter is always very nice. Overall, this place is definitely worth trying if you're looking for some legit Chinese food. Hot and sour soup, General Tso's chicken and Sesame Beef are all some of the best I've had anywhere. Enjoy.
