Chipotle Mexican Grill

My co-worker and I got lunch from here today. Our rice was extremely undercooked. We both had to throw our entire bowls away!
We didn’t have time to go back and try to get them replaced. We called multiple times and no one answered.

EDIT: Honestly, i think the only problem is sometimes with their online orders because I went in-person today and the team did a really amazing job despite having a line out the door. They are ALWAYS so busy it makes sense that sometimes things get left out by accident. Great job yall!!!!

The problem with this location is the inconsistency. Thursday night was the best Chipotle I’ve ever had. Proper portion size of proteins, Juicy, perfect. Great job y’all. But then I ordered the exact same thing tonight (Sunday) and i got 3 tiny pieces of carne asada and the chicken was completely missing.

it’s disappointing to get charged for food you don’t receive. If the food isn’t ready, that’s fine I don’t mind waiting, if you just let me know.

I love this Chipotle location! Every time I come, the food is fresh and the line moves quickly. The girl with the red hair was fast, friendly, and had great customer service. I think i recall her name was Megan. Definitely one of the best locations around.

Softitas is a great choice for vegetarian option. Enjoy having a bowl with a very good heavy amount.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but when you’re paying over $16 for a steak bowl and the rice is undercooked… yea, that’s a problem. On top of that, the portion size was really small—you could actually see the bottom of the bowl. I think the server might have been new or still in training, which is unfortunate for him, but overall it made for a disappointing experience.

That’s by far the worst smelling bathroom ever

I have gone here so long they know me by name and face. I generally go here twice a week because my daughter will only eat two places - Chipotle and Willy's. She prefers Chipotle to the point if she was a billionaire she probably would eat here every day. No lie!

In the past like a year ago, in peak times there were service issues but over the last year or so, everything has been smooth running

I went to this location on Saturday 6th wish I didn’t. My daughter and myself walked in ordered our food and looked for a table to sit and eat the floors were dirty, tables dirty. How do you have an establishment where you don’t sweep the floor or wipe the tables from previous customers. The most disturbing thing was an employee i guess was on break or off. She was sitting eating then an another customer came to pickup his food then an employee comes from the back and changes his clothes right in the lobby area as we ate. Never going back again.

Very unprofessional. They make sure you know you are not wanted as a customer. Make you wait for no reason just to let you know they don't care about you or your business.

Showed up at 11:11 doors locked says opens at 1045 on door. Put day old black bean scraping bottom of container to get enough on the burrito had no chicken ended up leaving. Place needs better management

Chipotle is my favorite but this time the chips were stail and the Coca-Cola machine was not working properly. The cashier told us they have been have problems with it for a few weeks.... I'm thinking if is not been fixed by now, you are still charging money for those drinks?
