Chipotle is my favorite but this time the chips were stail and the Coca-Cola machine was not working properly. The cashier told us they have been have problems with it for a few weeks.... I'm thinking if is not been fixed by now, you are still charging money for those drinks?

We went to have dinner here on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. We ate in. There were several issues. They were running low on chicken. Didn’t have any black beans or roasted fajita vegetables. Tables were dirty. They didn’t empty the trash until it was overflowing onto the floor. Management needs to do a better job on running a resturant.

I had a terrible experience at Chipotle recently. I arrived right before opening at 10:45am, and the restaurant was filthy. It was clear they hadn’t cleaned properly the night before, which is something every restaurant should take seriously. On top of that, they kept customers waiting outside past opening time because the staff was busy packing chip bags instead of focusing on cleanliness or service. The overall atmosphere felt unsanitary, and it reflects poorly on their management....
