Chipotle Mexican Grill

Skimpy on everything. Rice had no flavor and chicken was bland.

I went into chipotle tonight and got someone else’s bowl. Didn’t realize till I got home so sad I was really looking forward to it :(

This chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It is consistently terrible. Food is always wrong if you do an online order. Employees have no care or respect whatsoever. I can’t believe they’re still in business. Just drive an extra 20 minutes to a different one. Trust me.

Terrible management, this location needs to be evaluated by corporate.

I have been a customer at different Chipotle
locations across the country Chipotle opened. This location is easily the worst location in quality and service in the United States.
I have been at this location 5-6 times total. Each visit the food line is dirty with used food and not wiped down by employees. Drink station and napkin dispensers disgusting. Staff is rude and definitely not trained properly.
Tonight, I decided to give this location another chance, but it was the worse visit ever!!!
Food line Still dirty. Server had long hair and no hair net. Rice was cold. Steak was cold and dry like beef jerky. Portion size was very small, and when I asked for a larger portion I got attitude. Manager didn’t care about the quality and it seems neither does the owner or corporate.
This location needs a massive retraining from a corporate representative and overhaul in cleanliness. Very curious was this locations Food Health Score is??? Rather drive to another location further from my home than pay for bad burritos and bad service

Hi, I just received my order, and unfortunately it arrived with a much smaller portion than expected.

I haven’t even touched the food yet, and it already looks like half of the bowl is empty. I’m really disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for a full meal.

This this is, unfortunately the second time I have had to write a bad review about this location. This time, they had plenty of food available, but I went during an off time, arrived about 10:45 AM. I stood there waiting for someone to Service me for about 10 minutes while everyone was just kind of cleaning about. I did end up verifying if they were open, but when asked the staff were pretty visibly annoyed about my inquiry.

Wow, great customer service!

I was hesitant to try this Chipotle after reading the negative reviews, but I’m glad I did. While I didn’t visit in the past, my experience was nothing like the complaints.

I had an issue with the mobile app charging me twice, and the staff couldn’t reverse it but kindly comped my order. They were very helpful and polite. The location was clean, and the food was hot and fresh.

Big thanks to the team for turning things around and making my visit a positive one!

Mobile order was supposed to be ready. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru line they told me there were still 9 orders ahead of me and to pull around the building to get back in line behind 8 other cars. Go inside and no one can help. Absolute incompetence.
