This chipotle can’t cook rice to save its life. For three years I have been going here in a pinch and always inedible crunchy undercooked rice. I constantly drive to the one on 92 because it is SUPERIOR. This chipotle needs serious help.

What happened to this place? Dirty, everything was out. They only had one kind of meat to offer, ice out, coke out, juices out, what a shame. Must be new management bc it wasn’t like this at all

This Chipotle has consistently disappointed me. I've had multiple mobile/pickup orders completely wrong, forcing me to return to location to have my order fixed. The quality of the food has also gotten worse over the past year.

I don't typically leave reviews but this one is needed. While the food isn't always terrible, it's without a doubt the worst run establishment I've been in. No management oversight- seriously I've been there 20+ times
and not once have I seen a manager- no training of employees. Just a bunch of high schoolers doing whatever they want. Lines for days- no urgency- no idea what they're doing. It's bad. We've stopped going to this location and make the longer drive to Woodstock. I'd encourage you to do the same

This chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It is consistently terrible. Food is always wrong if you do an online order. Employees have no care or respect whatsoever. I can’t believe they’re still in business. Just drive an extra 20 minutes to a different one. Trust me.

I have been a customer at different Chipotle
locations across the country Chipotle opened. This location is easily the worst location in quality and service in the United States.
I have been at this location 5-6 times total. Each visit the food line is dirty with used food and not wiped down by employees. Drink station and napkin dispensers disgusting. Staff is rude and definitely not trained properly.
Tonight, I decided to give this location another chance, but it was the worse visit ever!!!
Food line Still dirty. Server had long hair and no hair net. Rice was cold. Steak was cold and dry like beef jerky. Portion size was very small, and when I asked for a larger portion I got attitude. Manager didn’t care about the quality and it seems neither does the owner or corporate.
This location needs a massive retraining from a corporate representative and overhaul in cleanliness. Very curious was this locations Food Health Score is??? Rather drive to another location further from my home than pay for bad burritos and bad service

Hi, I just received my order, and unfortunately it arrived with a much smaller portion than expected.

I haven’t even touched the food yet, and it already looks like half of the bowl is empty. I’m really disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for a full meal.
