Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is not great and definitely not worth what they charge. I would avoid this place. You can't even call the store directly and speak to a live person. I agree with other reviews that it is usually a mess and they can't handle it when things get busy. I suspect poor training and high turnover rate of employees.

abbi made my bowl in like a reasonable time and she was really nice and efficient, i love coming to this location looking forward to seeing abbi again, she’s the best!

I love this chipotle, it’s sooo good and it’s in a good area fs. The employees are really nice there especially abbi she was welcoming and she is so sweet, definitely will be coming back!!!

Food was expected but they shorted me a side order. If you do an online order, pick up inside and check it before you leave, if you have a big order.

This chipotle can’t cook rice to save its life. For three years I have been going here in a pinch and always inedible crunchy undercooked rice. I constantly drive to the one on 92 because it is SUPERIOR. This chipotle needs serious help.

What happened to this place? Dirty, everything was out. They only had one kind of meat to offer, ice out, coke out, juices out, what a shame. Must be new management bc it wasn’t like this at all

This Chipotle team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The portions were generous, and the restaurant was clean—including the bathrooms. Special shout-out to Harry for his outstanding service!

This Chipotle has consistently disappointed me. I've had multiple mobile/pickup orders completely wrong, forcing me to return to location to have my order fixed. The quality of the food has also gotten worse over the past year.

I don't typically leave reviews but this one is needed. While the food isn't always terrible, it's without a doubt the worst run establishment I've been in. No management oversight- seriously I've been there 20+ times
and not once have I seen a manager- no training of employees. Just a bunch of high schoolers doing whatever they want. Lines for days- no urgency- no idea what they're doing. It's bad. We've stopped going to this location and make the longer drive to Woodstock. I'd encourage you to do the same

Skimpy on everything. Rice had no flavor and chicken was bland.

I went into chipotle tonight and got someone else’s bowl. Didn’t realize till I got home so sad I was really looking forward to it :(
