Honestly I’m so disappointed. I was so excited to get my food since I did order it from uber eats because I was at work. When I received it I noticed it was awfully light, I open it and it’s a misery of a portion compared to other times I’ve gotten chipotle. Then I come to notice, they didn’t even get my order right, I was missing the black beans. You know how dry it tasted without the beans. And mind you I paid $30 for this and a bag of chips, not really 100% chipotles doing since I did order through uber eats but come on guys.

The best chipotle I’ve had has always been from this location. The food is always tasty and fresh! The inside is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient.

It’s to many workers on the clock working and it’s only one serve on the line.
My lunch break is for 30 mins. I waited 15 mins for the line to still not move. I’m disappointed even if I have 30 mins lunch I still wanted to be able to eat.

the worst experience ever! i have been coming here for years. THE MANAGER gets smart with me and my mother over rice! then goes to sit down in the office! as soon as we got to the register we scanned our points then my mother phone died because she was paying with apple pay! the manager then comes out the office and asked why is it taking too long to pay! we asked for his name at first he told us his name was jamal and another employee told us his real name was darrius. he needs to be fired immediately! HE IS NOT READY FOR A MANAGER POSITION being an owner myself! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! PLEASE do not come here! i will be contacting corporate or the owner! never in my life have i had customer service this bad!! I will not be coming back to this location and I will tell every one of this unacceptable experience!!!!
