Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got food poisoning from this location last night 3/28/25. Both my husband & I got bowls for mobile order pick up. He got chicken & I got carnitas. He didn’t get sick but I got super sick. I can’t remember a time I’ve gotten food poisoning, but this was bad. If I ever eat chipotle again it’ll be years, I have a bad aversion to the smell/taste of it now. I was in & out quickly I didn’t notice the atmosphere much. I picked it up about 8 min after it had been “ready”. Looks like this location has bad reviews. DONT get the carnitas lol

Terrible customer service! Food handling is always mishandled with employees not changing their gloves and touching multiple utensils and store countertops while serving. Employees are rude and have issues with adhering to customer demands as far as how much or how little portions are rationed inside of bowl. Never returning !

White rice was undercooked. Tortilla chips were stale. Chicken was salty and dry. I won’t be going here again!

I walked in, and the area where they stir the food was filthy. It was disgusting, and I thought, ‘Oh my gosh, why does it look like this? This is ridiculous.’ I turned around and walked right back out. I told them, ‘Y’all need to clean this up—this is completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

Unfortunately I frequent Chipotle very often. It has become a common issue that my order is made incorrectly when ordering online. To make matters worst, your order cannot be resolved by calling the store which ultimately wastes your when you have to speak to a virtual assistant to under accommodate you for the restaurants errors. My orders are very simple yet I’m inconvenienced frequently. I recommend using competitors like Moe’s or Willy’s.

Employee made my food and then instead of checking me out she let it get cold for 5 minutes while making others food. Place is dirty with trash all over the ground.

I went here two times this week and AGAIN, the beans are super super SALTY. This isn’t good for people with high cholesterol. They did this two times in a row. I am not happy. The chicken was also full of charcoal, GROSS! It tasted burnt. So imagine burnt & salty. My dinner here has been ruined twice and I won’t be back at this location unless they get new employees or enforce the right amount of seasoning. It’s not good for people with high blood pressure, I’m also pregnant as well.

Placed an order for pickup via the app. They were 15+ minutes late preparing my order and when the employee rushed to hand me the bag, it fell onto the floor outside of my car. No apology, no help offered and I’m 8 months pregnant. All of the food was cold with the exception of the quesadilla which is obviously what delayed the order and the rice is super salty. This location can’t keep up with the online orders - this isn’t the first time they’ve been late. Will look for another nearby Chipotle instead of returning to this location.

This employee named Corey at the counter on 01/17 at 2:35pm needs some serious customer service training. She probably is stuck in some ignorance thinking she is paying out of her pocket for the food customers are ordering. Please teach her patience and how to take orders.

This is my third time in a row (shame on me) that I ordered online and picked up in chipotle lane. The employees are clearly lazy and can’t be bothered to actually make my simple order correctly. All three times leaving off toppings. Will not be going back.

I frequent Chipotle and this is the absolute worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I go out of my way to drive to a different chipotle because the service is that bad. Employees seem to not care, the workspace is always dirty, certain toppings/proteins always seem to be out. 1/5 stars…
