The food saves you from trouble but the quality is not that good and everything is very expensive, there are no combos, the staff is always annoying no matter where you go to

walked in at 11:01am.. it says they open at 10:45. everyone just stared blankly as i walked around the border and all the way to the ordering station. after 30 seconds of just standing there, a young lady says “we’re still prepping, we will be done in about 5 minutes”… i went and sat in my car and googled their hours just to make sure i wasn’t loosing it and didn’t read the hours incorrectly.. and then i stumble across some of these other reviews. i think i’ll take that as a sign and grab lunch elsewhere ?

Rice was not cooked all the way. Called store but can’t even speak to anyone at the location. Could only speak to customer support rep and of course it’s outsourced to a foreign country. Needless to say, I spent over $30 on two bowls that aren’t edible.
Walked in and as soon as I did, a woman with pink braid said “oh my god” and rolled her eyes at us like we did something wrong. Horrible attitude and ruining the experience, didn’t even get food for myself after that. They should really reconsider their employees and pay someone who will do good in customer service. Dark woman with the pink braids, DO BETTER!

I live down the street and was excited when it opened a year ago . This place has gone so down . I came 15minutes before close . My meat and queso was ice cold . Like they put it back into the fridge and then took it out real quick . That was gross . Also didn’t have any rice because the probably threw it away. Most of the burrito bowl is suppose to be rice D so that wasn’t a full meal . They obviously shut down all the stations and put everything away and were hoping no one came in . That’s pretty idiotic and short-sighted . And this isn’t an isolated incident . Just the way that makes sure I’ll drive an extra 6 minutes to the other chipotle .

I’ve been eating at chipotle for over 15 years and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I made a drive thru order for 10:40 and arrived at at 1048 . I tell the representative my name , and without saying a word he rushes away to obviously make something he forgot to do . After 6 minutes of no communication and me sitting there I honked the horn and saw every employee watch and do nothing to help . Some of them were smirking . The person comes back 2 minutes later with the food . No sorry for the wait or anything . How could’ve it taken you 8 minute to make a burrito bowl ? There was no else in the restaurant and about 6 employees walking around . I asked to speak to a manager , and Jason Cortez made sure to let me know , sorry they were pre cleaning and weren’t looking at any orders . The order was made at 10:25 and I got there at 10:48 … really nobody checked the screen for 23 minutes ???!! Couldn’t even peak at the place where they were stationed ? Couldn’t do their job because they were trying to go home 2 minutes earlier ? If you eat here be warned . Don’t order anything 35 minutes before closing or else they won’t make it . Horrible employees and horrible management.

DO NOT EAT THERE.The worst Chipotle in Georgia If I could give them less than 1 star I would…It is fairly new and corporate office need to shop them and see the horrible service they are providing…My opinion they need to do a complete rehire that entire staff needs to goooooo…The first person I came in contact with started giving me attitude for no reason, this short Spanish looking girl was so nasty I ordered two burritos and the rice had no cilantro nor lemon and it was extremely salt by the time we found out we were two far to turn back needless to say we went without lunch that day…Tried calling and of course no one pickup the phone…My wife told me she doesn’t shop there and the reviews shows we are not the only one..

This place does not deserve a star. Beans were not even cooked all the way and had NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Quac was soooo bitter! Taco was almost empty. Nastiest meal I've ever had!
