Poorly managed location. When I placed my order they realized there was no more brown rice and notified the person who was cooking. They said it would be about 10 minutes. I waited. When the rice was ready, I started my order again. Now, they were out of chicken, again they turn around to notify the person cooking. They tell me it would be about 15 minutes. Terrible. No one was 25 minutes to wait for their food at lunchtime. Communication when quantities are low would eliminate this problem.

I work across street from this location. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week, have been dealing with a lot of in training employees and most of them don’t have the confidence on what they’re doing, always serving less food than the usual workers I see everyday working there. I feel like if they’re not confident enough on what they were trained to do they should find a different position besides making the plates. I get the same plate every time I’m there and every time the usual workers make my plate it’s always good and no issues but the “in training employees” have to pay attention and serve the right amount of food that we’re used to.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. They skimped out on the food. And once I got back to work (not even a 5 min drive) the food was ice cold. A double doozie in terms of a terrible experience. There isnt anything good that I can say. Just go somewhere else, you'll have a better experience I'm sure.

We order from this Chipotle consistently. If you go inside, you’ll get what you order because you’re literally watching them make it, but the customer service isn’t great. Nearly everyone has AirPods in their ears, and not for hearing aid. If you order for Chipotlane pickup, you’ll get a “What’s the name?” and then handed your food with no courtesy at all (my food has still been wrong multiple times). If you order for delivery, you’ll get an oblivious DoorDash delivery driver who blames everything on the restaurant (this has happened multiple times). When you call the store, you’ll get an AI robovoice that can’t help you at all. The manager of this location should be replaced, because based on other reviews, they clearly are not concerned about improvements. Do better!

This is my favorite chipotle location. Much better than the one in East Cobb. They greet you with a smile here and converse with you like an old friend. The food is phenomenal and they’ll stir the meat to coat it in juices if you ask. I got a steak bowl with everything on it. The Mandarin Agua Fresca tea nearly put me into a coma. I used to work at a chipotle where the manager’s were fired for embezzlement, so I know a thing or two. I can say with certainty this is a well run establishment. There is limited parking but it is easy to walk across the street. The outdoor patio is well maintained and pleasant. The indoor seating is clean and ample.

The new girl employee in the Drive-Thru window as of October 13th 2025, is way too slow. There's constant lines at the drive-thru now when they're never used to be. And when you pull up to the window, she doesn't even check to see what the name is, she bags like three bags before she comes to the window to ask you. Which takes like 5 to 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Needs to be quicker, and learn to ask the name of the window when someone pulls up and then go back to making whatever she was making. Just in case the order that the person that's at the window is for is already made. Chipotle train better do better. Pls

DO NOT GO HERE. They are very rude. Makes you feel like you’re a burden for going to a restaurant asking for food. They charge full price for a half empty bowl.at any other one I’ve been too they at the very least will cover the side. Will never go back here .

this is unfortunately the worst chipotle, so disappointing. multiple orders wrong. poor quality ingredients. out of items. yes, as others said, got sick 12 hrs later. no communication with people in charge. staff is rude. what is the situation? was so happy to have you near but not anymore. wish someone on the chipotle side could figure this out.
