Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure if that was the manager working today, Saturday 3pm but he was rude and not paying attention. On his phone while serving customers and didn't change gloves when he touched the phone. I usually get get great service at this location, but not this time.

I’ve came here a few times and the portions were great, but today they gave my daughter and I portions that were significantly smaller! I got a veggie bowl and the rice and beans barely covered the bottom of the bowl.

Gabby went above and beyond! She helped me with the app, she served my food from the window. She was kind , thoughtful and professional.

First time trying this new location. Disappointed in the serving sizes for bowls. One scoop of rice that barely covers the bottom, and one small scoop of meat. Also the chicken was mainly fat or was not chewable. Steak was flavored but meat chunks are tiny.

Ordered delivery and even though the restaurant is down the street, it took 25+ minutes from the order being ready to being delivered. The drive was at the restaurant for 10 min waiting for the food that had been ready for some time. Then to top it off, aside from being cold, the order was missing items. Called the restaurant? Nope, just an automated system. No way to talk to anyone. File an issue on the Chipotle site? Nope it won't let the report go through and ends the chat. So I guess I'm giving away free money. This company is on its death bed.

All of the other chipotles suck in Marietta. Super exited to have this one open up. The staff tonight were Great, Happy, and Efficient. Thank you.

Placed a Mobile Order with this Chipotle location on Friday November 7 2025 around Noon. Several things came up (okay fine- I was distracted 🤪) and I didn’t arrive at the Chipotle location until late in the evening. Shane and Johan were super cool, welcoming, and carried a great “how can we be of service” type of attitude. They provided me with great service in a way that motivated me to write them a 5🌟 “high praise” review!

Literally just left there and the girl sat my salad in the bag crooked I guess cause this happened. All over my seat

I literally was sick after eating the food from here. Mind you I eat chipotle quite often but decided to try this location. My partner and I were both feeling like we had food poisoning. I’ve thrown up and we were both left with a stomach ache.

I was so excited about this location. The manager Alonzo has been EVERYTHING. He is great, he is so welcoming and always has good energy. I'm sure my community is happy we have this location. I want to thank the evening crew and all the workers. Got off a delayed flight from Las Vegas, traveling for over 12hrs could not wait to get home. Stop here for food to bring home. As always. The Manger didn't disappoint ❤️❤️

The service is very good the atmosphere is great everybody got a smile and has great attitude. The food is absolutely perfect every ingredient down to the meat. I would know because I make it.

I was excited to have a new chipotle in the area. Tried a few days after opening day and everything was great, except the food was EXTREMELY SALTY. I thought it may have been a bad day since I saw management on the line still training employees. So I tried again today and still the food is EXTREMELY SALTY! Everything with the exception of the white rice. The beans, corn and tomato salsa, and the Guac were all wayyyyyyy too salty. The red chimichurri sauce has great flavor, but again VERY salty. I won’t be returning sadly.
