Walked in and I was warmly greeted by young man at register. He took my order I waited for fresh tender’s. The store and restrooms were clean. I’ll definitely go back. I hadn’t had this food in a long time! I got tender’s with dirty rice & 4 bombers it came with a drink.

I ordered online the chicken wasn't cook all the way the mashed potatoes was soupy to much gravy and the corn was like they just opened a can poured it in the small container just nasty. I will not be going back people pay to much money and you think you getting a good meal but not. JUST DOWN RIGHT NASTY.

Didn't get any food. Was in the drive thru and the guy told me to give my order at the window. When I go to the window he wanted to give me someone else's order. Never asked me for an order. Won't be back there again!

I placed my order online at 7:18 and it was supposed to be ready by 7:23. I arrived around 7:27 and went through the drive thru to receive my order. I was asked rudely to show them my order on my phone and what my name was. I was then told to drive around and park because they were going to bag up my order and bring it out to me. I sat outside and watched about 5 other customers receive their order and mine was never started. I went inside and I was told by the manager in a very rude and hateful tone that I had to wait on chicken to be dropped because the other customers before me had to get their food first even though I preordered and prepaid for my food at 7:18. This was 7:40 when I was told that I was waiting on chicken. I didn’t receive my order until 8:03. Not one apology was given and again the manager was extremely rude the entire time! I would not advise anyone to go to this establishment!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I called ahead to ask if I could place an order, and they told me to come through the drive-thru. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told when I arrived (at 11 PM, even though they close at 12) that they only had chicken and fries left. If the store isn’t able to serve a full menu that late, they should be honest about it instead of having customers waste their time. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Food didn’t taste fresh, it was dry the texture was off and the batter was extra hard. Didn’t hv the items ordered online in store. The place was full of flies and dirty. Will not visit again ever. Workers outside the door smoking.
