Not really a fan. This is one of those old timey American Ice Cream chains where the novelty has def worn off. If you already know it, there's not much out of the ordinary. Staff's okay. Tight on seating, better to walk around if you do go. The only real reason to go here is for a date maybe, pair with a movie or the pho place. Would be a pretty cheap date tho...
If you don't know it, ColdStone is the place famous for sizes so large, it will instantly give you the sugar for a day. There's no reasonable portions here, and the ice cream flavors themselves are pretty uninspiring. I tend to get Birthday Cake if I have to go.
An alternative for Ice Cream I would recommend is 'Vanilla' on the Avenues. Much better European style Gelato. Reasonable sizes, more creamy flavors besides sugar.

I'm disgusted but not surprised by the recent 81 score after a recent health department inspection. I have never seen any adult or owner working there. The owner hires teenagers and apparently entrusts them to run this location. They failed. Any owner of any business that dies not take the time to reply to unhappy customers that only give it a rating average of 2.4 stars, does not care. The owner is an embarrassment.

Will not return. Been to this location 2 or 3 times. Each time only one person working (up front, at least) and we’ve waited at least 15 minutes to be served.
This week I received a coupon for BOGO in the mail so we decided to try again. After waiting, ordering, handing the woman working my coupon she asked for my phone number. Then she said that I had ‘no points’ and I needed more points to use the coupon. It said nothing about points, and she finally just said they wouldn’t take it. While I know not all locations may participate, the points thing felt off and like a way to get out of taking it.
Sans coupon, two ice creams is $18 before they ask for a tip. Not worth it especially with the unfriendly service.

Terrible customer service. We arrived 10 minutes before closing—the sign said they were still open, and the employee was inside—but she refused to let us in to buy ice cream. On top of that, she was very rude. We won’t be coming back.

Very rude. Non-existent customer service. The Caucasian woman washing dishes did not acknowledge me when I came in and waited for 5 minutes to be served. She looked at me and said nothing, not even “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I guess she didn’t like my skin tone. I gladly took my business elsewhere.
The ice cream taste very good here, but my experience was poor! I asked for a waffle cone, I got a cup. I ordered the cookie dough with oreo, but it was the cream with oreo instead. My guest asked for a regular cone on a cup, but she got the chocolate dipped one instead. Train your employees! Our server went to the back 4 times during our orders to get help, and those orders I mentioned were still incorrect!! The employee also didn't know how to ring up a giftcard!

If I could do zero stars I would. My husband went to pick up our cake for our daughter's 6th birthday and it didn't exist. We pre ordered the cake and when he went to pick it up, they hadn't made it. They told him there was nothing they would do and to take it up with corporate. Well, that's just a continued middle finger to the customer because trying to go down that rabbit hole is a bureaucratic nightmare. I spent 10-15 minutes with an automated system just to end up on voicemail - twice. No callbacks, no acknowledgement, nothing. The location spitefully sent us down this path. It's not about the money, it was my daughter's birthday, they threw a huge wrench in our celebration. Highly do not recommend, even if the ice cream situation is dire!
