I am writing this to warn others about cashiers at this place. Firstly the food is Ok, I would give it a 3/5 overall. Sometimes it's very good and sometimes it's very average. I am really writing this in connection with service in connection with the female young cashiers recently.
Female young sista cashier 1 - The price was around $10 and I had $9 on my card. She said that she would only charge me $9 as agreed but when I checked my bank statement she charged me $10. Nothing too major.
Female young sista cashier 2 - I was supposed to get $10 change back but she gave me $1 instead. I only found out the next day and I cannot prove it but I think it was deliberate, a hustle. It was late night, kind of dark and I just took the food without looking properly at the money.
For anyone going there please be very careful and check the change you recieve before driving off from the drive through window. Also please be careful and check your card statement by phone or via your app after purchase.

I usually use the drive through, but went inside that Saturday afternoon. It was around 2pm. I stood at the empty counter for a few minutes before a young lady came out to take my order. While waiting for my food, I went to choose a table. They were all dirty, with visible crumbs and grease. I selected one and used the paper towels and sink to clean it off, then set my receipt and straw down and went to use the restroom. When I came out, an employee from the back had taken a seat, facing the window. So I picked up my receipt and straw and went to clean another table. There are no napkins in the dining area, just a roll of paper towels by a small sink. And there are no condiments on the tables or counter - you have to ask for packets.
I have always enjoyed the food and shakes at Cook Out, but I will likely stick to the drive through next time. The dine-in experience is a let-down at this location.

This location was extremely slow. Ordered three hot dogs and two milk shakes. Hot dogs were handed across the counter and I asked about the 2 shakes, was told we're working on them. 20 minutes later we received our shakes. It was the same for all the customers in the dining area.

Cook out is the perfect late night place to get some good food and some amazing milk shakes I recommend this place to anyone one who wants to have there taste buds singing happy songs!!!!

I eat here once a week and I’ve never had bad service or bad food. Food is consistently hot and fresh. The drive through wait can be a little long at times, but I’ve always found it to but worth the wait once my food Is given to me. Highly recommend!

I went there 2 times this week. Place was dead. Sat at intercom for 5min no answer. Go to windows and no 1 there. They peak there head around the corner, ignored me. Then told me to go back to the mic. That place needs to shut down!!! After you fire your lazy employees
10 minute wait at the counter without a word from an employee. Finally placed my order, it came back in less than 3 minutes. Room temperature and burnt.
Bathroom floor and restaurant floor were extremely slippery. Dangerously so.

I came up Saturday night around 1am-2am and did two separate orders . The person on the window caught an attitude when we asked to add something at the window( which wasn’t a problem since I work in fast food and understand the frustration while being busy) . But when it came to time to pay for our food, the girl got the orders mixed up and we didn’t actually pay for what we ordered. We ended up getting a refund for one of the orders but realized that we didn’t receive something from the other order that was paid for and NOT REFUNDED NOR RECEIVED(which was 2 milkshakes, Oreo and chocolate and an order of nuggets) . But when we came back to get what we NEVER got, both the manager and the girl at window continued to go back and forth us, like we did something wrong. The manager on duty was gonna give us what we originally came for but ended up not because I guess we were being “difficult”and said “I’m not gonna serve them” and gave us the money back. They both never took accountability and admitted that they made a mistake and just didn’t want to at least try and fix. Nonetheless, Lack of Accountability and Lack of Communication

Very disappointed with my visit. My burger from the drive-thru was burnt to a crisp and also hard and when I went inside to get it remade, the staff laughed at me. They remade it but the replacement burger was still burnt on the bottom. Poor food quality and unprofessional service.
