Friendly customer service.

It is the first day back from our Thanksgiving break and I asked my Assistant Principal how did his cookies taste, (a gift he received for his birthday on November 21, 2024). His eyebrows shifted and he asked if I wanted to know the TRUTH, of course I said yes. He then mentioned the cookies were awful, no sweetness and not fresh, stale tasting. I was truly embarrassed and upset that the $78 spent went towards the trash. Although he liked the design and put them on display for his friends and family for the holiday week, I was not. The specifications along with sample colors I sent, is not what I received. However, I did receive an explanation as why my custom order was not met and that created even more tension and anger. If it seemed that you were not able to meet my custom order demands, that is not an opportunity to move forward with the order, take your client's money and give an excuse as to why it was not met and expect your client to be happy with that. I rather you called me first with your explanation and let me decide. (Ex. Ms. Customer the colors you choose and the sample you sent does not match...this is what we came up with...will that suffice for you?) That is how you value your customers. I was offered a 15% percent discount for not getting the Omega Psi Phi colors right, however I did not pay $78 just for my Assistant Principal to admire a design, he wanted to enjoy the cookies also. At this point I need a full refund. Normally, I would read reviews first before making a decision on a company as a first time customer, but I regret that I did not. I was a first-time and last time customer. Thank you for ruining his birthday gift.

I used this company to design a logo cookie and it couldn't have been more perfect. We ordered 45 cookies and each came individually wrapped with a ribbon and tasted great!The delivery was on time with no issues.I highly recommend them.

My husband’s employer sent him a bouquet of cookies as a welcome gift. I’m sorry to say that the design of the cookies came damaged, but we could have let this go if the cookies had been good. They were awful! They were stale and had an excessive taste of chemical almond essence. It was too much. We spat them out and threw them in the trash can. The taste was horrible! They have so many pretty pictures on their website, but I don’t know if they sent us the cookies made by a beginner or someone with little attention to detail. This bouquet reflects poorly on the quality of the product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
