I just experience, the best service from my server named Kenny he greeted me. He sat me and took my order. Everything came out fresh and hot. He was extremely professional. I didn’t even have to ask for things. He just knew what to do such a pleasure to make kind people thanks Kenny you’re the best.

Called to inquire if they had Bus or RV Parking. They said they did. When I got there I found they had no such parking and the large lot next door was closed because the hotel was shut down. Maybe that was a recent change

Everytime I call or go in there the staff is amazing. Lamar went above and beyond to give me exceptional customer service even though I arrived 10 mins before closing to buy NeeDohs! They all have the patience of saints. Thank you Lamar for making me feel welcomed when most people wouldn’t. The entire staff at this location is superb!

not good. received undercooked scrambled eggs, greasy hash browns and sausage disguised as hockey pucks. the only good thing were the pancakes. service was non existent. waitress brought our food and left. no service again

Do Not Eat At This Location. At 8:42pm on Friday Mar 20th I walked into Cracker Barrel and while waiting to be seated I observed a very large roach walking across the kitchen floor. The staff simply looked when I spoke very loudly on it. Geesh do you know how many elderly people eat here. Exposure to the germs carried by roaches can be deadly to patients with underlying health conditions as well as small children. Pls drive to Kennesaw Do Not Eat Here - No Care For Guest Health or Safety.

Rang my order up wrong and after I waited 25 minutes for my order informed me that at 4 o'clock On a Monday they don't have any onions.

Come in about once a month and our server not only remembers us but provides most excellent service. The food is never a disappointment. Love me some chicken and dumplings. Workers went out of their way to find another Easter chick salt shaker for me.

I truly do like the Cracker Barrel. I found a nice cardigan on clearance that I purchased. But, I was disappointed with the food that I ordered. I only ordered a loaded baked potato and four cornbread muffins. The potato didn’t seem like it was cooked long enough, but it was edible. What really disappointed me was the corn muffins. They gave me four burnt ones. I was able to salvage two of them, but the other two not so much. Do better Cracker Barrel.
