Will never use again! Extremely poor customer service. I was not given the correct order for a party. I called to correct and had a terrible manger have me sit on hold for 45 minutes as I heard her talking about me. I asked for my order to be corrected vs refund. I finally hung up and a week later no follow up or refund!

I have been visiting this location since it opened and my experience has always been positive. I always visit this location at least two to three times weekly.
Today I had the worst experience at this location. I decided to get the mini cookies today but the texture was off. The cookies were hard and over cooked. Instead of returning the cookies, I decided to reorder the large cookies.
I went to the counter to touch the cookies so I can compare. The manager, Valerie was at the register and asked me why am I making a mess. I apologize to her and stated that I can clean the crumbs. She gave a bad look and turned her back. She didn’t even ask me why was I testing the cookies. I spoke to the server who brought me the cookies and I was telling her the mini cookies were bad. Valerie just walked to me and said “just leave. Have a good day- have a good day! Bye!”. She was so rude to me that I wanted to cry. She didn’t even want to hear my feedback about the cookies. I felt so mistreated and poor customer service.
Will I return to this location? Don’t think it will be anytime soon
