Can you guys please learn how to efficiently run this place?! Every time I’ve ordered from this location either in person or within the app, when I arrive, there’s already several sets of customers waiting for their order, and only ONE employee doing all the prep and filling the orders. All the other employees seem to be doing background work that could maybe wait 5 minutes, while they could be helping a customer get their order and get out the door. Tonight, same thing, several customers waiting, one employee filling orders, and literally right next to him is another employee folding and assembling all the empty boxes when there is already a massive shelf filled with boxes ready to go. I understand other operations need to happen behind the scenes, bake the cookies, assemble boxes, etc…but if you could simply pull one or two extra employees for 5-10 minutes while you have a backup of customers waiting and help them get in - get out, then it’d be a much better experience. I know I’ll order from this location again because the cookies are so damn good, but please for the love of god improve this ordering and waiting process. Thank you
