Horrible customer service that allows smoking inside smells like a trash pit.Would not recommend coming here.

The customer service is not the best to say the least.. smoking inside, the waitress / dad excuse for a bar tender was rude and made nasty drinks

Best pool hall in north metro Atlanta, by far. Also, home to the 2024 APA 9 ball world championship team!

The bartenders and wait staff were, let's just say a little different. It seemed as though they had an attitude and didn't want to do their jobs. In fact, we had to wait to pay our bill because they were just standing there looking crazy. šŸ™„ The tables are the biggest I've seen though, & were challenging. The atmosphere and crowd were cool, despite a woman singing every rap song that came on (they played a variety) as loud as she possibly could; that was super cringy & quite frankly rather annoying to me and my date.

Very nice place, lots of tables and general nice lodge
Will come back for further evaluation

What’s a ball check? There was other tables there longer and they could have stopped their game so I’m a bit confused why they stopped ours after only being there for less than an hour… and then other tables opened and the servers were just watching them ā€œball checkā€ (not even using the ones we had, they brought their own) and didn’t offer us one of the tables. I wasn’t sure if we were allowed to just move since this was my second time here. The first time they actually had good music and a fantastic vibe, today just felt a bit off so we just left.

If your a Person of Color DO NOT GO THERE!! It was my Mother in laws birthday and she wanted to go learn to shoot pool (a bucket list experience) so we took her here. Waitress With dark hair short wide with glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful. She continued to ask my Mr. For his ID after he showed it to one waitress as requested. I went to the bar with my MIL (64 years old) to pay for a drink for her she stated to me for the second time that I couldn’t drink because I didn’t show her my id(I don’t drink) i said ok. Then 5 seconds later she said it again. So I asked why do you keep saying that. I didn’t order the drink she did and you haven’t seen me drink cause I don’t. She started getting loud and with an attitude I’ve told y’all 100 times you can’t drink. Like huh?! It’s only 4 of us are there 3 with ids and drinks. Trying to say that everyone in the party needs an id to drink after they had already served 3 rounds of drinks to my MIL Mr. and his brother. After 3 rounds I hadn’t ordered or drank anything. But I bought every round on my credit card they didn’t ask for an ID to confirm it was actually mine to use. . I’m the only one that didn’t show her and I wasn’t drinking. She got louder and then 2 more people came over a little blonde one and manager came over initially to have her employees back as she should initially but after listening she agreed and apologized after my Mr. Came over. The waitresses was completely unapologetic.

I drive out of my way to visit this pool hall; it's my favorite. It's just got such a cool dive bar vibe. Definitely not kid friendly, which is a plus when you want to spend time amongst adults. Just love the vibes, the drinks aren't too expensive, and you can get some food if needed
