Haven't been to this place in years. Ordered a kids chicken tender meal which came with a ice cream, cheese curds and a chicken tender sandwich. It did take a while for the food but the order was correct. Cheese curds were pretty good a bit greasy. I did like that the kids meals does come with a treat. Overall the experience was ok.

Wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I pulled up to the window crying and gave my order and forgot to order an extra ranch (there’s none at my house bc my husband is allergic) and they made me swipe my card again for the 53 cents it costs and then i did not receive the extra sauce. I was already having a bad day and obviously crying and work at starbucks so ik how easy it is to comp a cost or two for someone having a bad day. it costs nothing to have empathy :/

I'm actually quite disappointed that they don't sell the twist cones(chocolate and vanilla) anymore at this location. Still love this dq. The people there are so sweet.

Chicken was okay, although the others enjoyed. Their double cheeseburger was great. The onion rings were also very good.

Handed a melting ice-cream cone that dripped all over me. Then had to cough it down before it got any worse. Ice cream should be kept colder during the summer months to avoid this situation.

This DQ is always out of supplies. I wanted one of their flagship treats, the banana split only to be informed that they’re out of bananas. A while back when the the NutterButter special was going on they were out of nutter butter cookies. Kroger is 50 yards away and they don’t seem to understand that or have been told not to replenish the needed supplies. Owner and manager need replacing.

Really unhappy that the consistency of their blizzards has changed. Now you need a straw and a spoon to enjoy it. Bring the old way back!
