Who ever the plus side Latin looking lady working at the windows at 2:13 asked me to drive up to the railing and wait for my single burger. I asked for a free fry for the inconvenience.. she rudely said oh we can't do stuff like that. I told her that I can't give a five star review. So congratulate her for your 1 star. Im still sitting here waiting for a burger that still has yet to come. I understand why its so dead and slow here. Won't come back.

Visited this location because someone gave us a $10 Dairy Queen gift card, but 3 different employees didn't know how to process a gift card in their POS.

I paid $5 for a large cone dipped in chocolate, this os what i got, no wonder DQ buiness is suffering, the drive thru attendant just handed it to me, i was in the fri e thru at 12:13 today sunday July 27, 2025 were is the qiallity, pride, work ethics, i hate to see the quallity of there other food items and how safe the food is to eat

Blizzards always watery. You should be able to turn it upside down and it should not be a milkshake consistency “Especially” if you asked them to make sure it was thick and not watery, big disappointment for $6.00.

I ordered chicken tenders and onion rings at the drive-through, I sat at the window waiting and watched the young man take each one of my onion rings out barehanded and place them in a onion ring box, then I watched him take each one of my chicken tenders out and put them in a box Bear handed. I told the girl at the window. I wanted my money back because he was touching my food with his bare hands.. The manager proceeded to come to the window and hand me back my money. She did not say I’m sorry or anything! This is how sicknesses spread in restaurants! Beware
