Dave & Buster's Marietta - Atlanta

This is probably one of the best experiences we've had at Dave & Buster's celebrating my granddaughter's sixth birthday. I had just had surgery so I thought maybe the noise level was going to be too much but I'm a trooper. Surprisingly this particular location seems to be at least during the time of day we went (5pm) a little bit more on the relaxed side. Our food was amazing and I'll definitely be back for more of those lemon pepper wings and mozzarella sticks. Lol

Ryan was our server. He was very good and attentive. He promptly took our order and the food was well prepared. My wife's drink took a little while to come (after the meal was served) but we are attributing that to how busy the bar may have been.

My party was guest of 20. We had a walk-in. We waited for approximately 45 minutes we were sat down and we ordered our food and drinks with no troubles. I had one guest who had a severe allergy to gluten when asked upon the kitchen manager for a in-depth ingredient menu. He was very blunt and rude rather than having a good customer service tone and handled my ““ bad customer I could agree that she was being a little difficult, but his tone, nonetheless should have remained kind and welcoming as one does. I was very displeased as the hostess/birthday girl who received her food last out of all the guests. I understand that 20 guests may be a lot, there was only one server serving our table, which didn't seem enough for our table. They were very overwhelmed and overworked. The food was not very good and the prices were not that great; granted that this is a play and eat place and it's not a five star restaurant the food could have been served better and more fresh the games however were also very expensive. It is not worth the time money or energy to put forth and having a birthday/event here. Had we have had booked a actual party event through Dave & Buster's, I could almost 99.9% sure that the experience would have been the same with 20 guests and whatever may come with that I rate this -10 out of 10 I was displeased, my guest were also displeased and I will definitely not be returning so I hope this review helps others get an insight of what to expect of the poor customer service, poor quality of food and poor environment overall, thank you for your time and we appreciate our server.

I’m still waiting on my refund from December 7th.

The food was trash. My 7 year old burger was raw. She could have gotten sick. The manager was confrontational. She told me that nothing was wrong with the burger. She took the burger off. The chicken wasn't right either. I had to send it back but After waiting so long i asked for the chicken to be canceled. The manager told me that i couldn't cancel the children and brought it out. 25.00 was added to my tab without me agreeing to it. I felt like i was being robbed without a gun. It was my son's birthday, so I didn't want to ruin it for him. The server did the best she could.

The smash burger was great, very filling & with fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc).

The main reason for my review is to highlight the excellent customer service skills witnessed from every person I came in contact with during my lunchtime visit. Yes, the game play is fun but I'll be back because of those interactions!

Reserved a table for 10 at 2:30pm on a Saturday. Didn't get to sit at ANY table until 3pm because they did not have my table available. Why take reservations if you are NOT GOING TO PRIORITIZE THEM!!!! Customer service was truly terrible the “manager” was hosting and couldn't be honest that they gave my table away. I was pushed to the side while they continued to sit other guests that just walked in. The food took over 40 minutes to come out but that was expected due to it being busy. 0/10 next time we are not reserving anything.

Service is terrible, food is terrible, the bathroom is terrible. The games are broken, just terrible and expensive

We had a private birthday party there in the event room and they did a fantastic job! My son has an egg allergy and they were very careful and accommodating. They were on top of everything during the party! Seamless planning, booking and questions were answered quickly. The staff went over and beyond! This will be the venue we use every year now!

Hardly anyone there and it took 10 minutes to get my draft beer. Servers seem so disinterested

Fun experience, not very good food but acceptable !

One of yal servers added himself a extra tip and toon money from my card ! i will be reporting it as theft !
