Dave & Buster's Marietta - Atlanta

We reserved tables for our family to watch the NFL games...our seats and the view of the games was fine. Our service was extremely slow and unreliable. I often waited long times for my beverage to be reordered. I ordered food that was never delivered. When I asked about it, I was told that the order was never placed. I cancelled the order and was not offered any compensation. Definitely will not be back.

Good food but prices are a little higher. Service tends to be a little skewer than most other restaurants, but is usually friendly.

They accommodated me and my party is extremely well even though I had over 20 people greatly appreciate it.

We waited 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated despite the availability of tables and staff to clean the tables.

Service is not very attentive. Very nice staff but not service oriented. They apparently hope you're just there to play games.

My biggest complaint is I ordered a new drink called the 1942 Gold Dust price was ridiculous. If you have a drink that cost $31.94 without tax then you should indicate this price on the menu. I have no problem paying for a good cocktail but it wasn't that good.

Was seated at 6pm for a 6pm reservation, I went up to host stand at 6:10 because we had still not been greeted. Hostess left the stand to "find someone" but did not come back to our table, by 6:20 I went up to the host stand again to get a manager because we had still not been greeted. The manager came over to take our order and thankfully the food came out pretty quickly but there was very little apology for us sitting and waiting 20 minutes to get greeted and our order taken. In addition, we paid full price for our meal beyond being given a free dessert (that we weren't going to order anyways). I've worked in the service industry for years and this is not how you handle a mistake and certainly not good service. If you want quick attentive service do not go to this location. If we hadn't already gotten arcade credits for our kids we would have left. Mind you, there were many servers working and the dining area was 1/3 full at most so it wasn't a busy night.

Not sure what is going on with the dining at Dave and Busters, but I will not spend anymore money dining with them. The McDonough location and now Marietta location have both let me down now. We never received the right food after letting our waiter know and were charged incorrectly. The waiter swapped our cards incorrectly and gave me and the party I was with the wrong cards back. We didn't notice until the next day after using our cards multiple times following (our bank cards look the same, due to banking at the same place).. not sure if the guy was having a bad day or what.. but the service was TERRIBLE!!

Great food. Quicker than expected. Not super busy for a weekend. Waiter was friendly and quick.

Unfortunately for a family of four, our food was delivered to our table at separate times. 2 got their dinner but the other 2 had to wait over 20 minutes to get their dinner, which meant the first 2 were done by the time the 2nd two were served. We did receive a discount of 15% for the inconvenience, but it was awkward and kind of spoiled the meal. On top of that, the cost was $125 for the meal, and the food was very small portions. Definitely not a good deal for the money. Video games are fun and diverse but again, very pricey. Spent another $150+ on games. In the end, D&B was not worth the money to value proposition for me and my family.

We were seated in a timely manner. They came and took photos and we were able to get a complimentary copy. The service was great and the food was delicious.

We always have a great time at the Marietta location. Food was great, drinks were a little challenging and our server was great.

Food was quite good we did the eat and play and my kids loved it. We went early b4 the crowds but would definitely say it was worth the money and we had a fun time.

We were forced to switch servers in the middle of our dinner because Constance (our server) was rude, incompetent, and did not get us anything we needed. She did bring our drinks, which she knew the sodas were uncarbonated and still served them to us. We had to go find a new server after sitting there for 25 mins waiting for help. Destiny was our new server. Our only request from the manager was to please allow us to switch our server and who we tip. We tipped Destiny $30 because she was amazing! Constance was either having a really bad day or needs more training. Or both.

Destiny was a great server given she unexpectedly had to serve 20 of us. However, the kitchen was slow and our food was cold.
