Absolutely terrible experience and one of the worst restaurants/hospitality experiences of my life. If there was anything under 1 star available as a rating, that would be what I would have selected.

We had a good time at this Dave and Busters. My daughter won a lot of prizes. Not all the games give out tickets at this location. We didn't eat so I can't tell you about the service team.

Synclair was an amazing server, very knowledgeable, and observant! I haven't been since the remodel. Very nice upgrades are definitely grown and sexy... but accomodating to children as well! Definitely spurge for the Godzilla virtual. It's pretty cool. The Star Wars isn't worth it, though, because it malfunctioned 2xs, and we needed a game technicians assistance.

We didn't try any food, so I can't give an opinion there, but our experience was great! We went on 1/2 price Wednesday so we got a lot of bang for our buck in the arcade. My favorite activity, however, was The Arena. My kids were up and moving and having a great time. I really wanted to join! I'm planning a date night there to do it soon. The Arena is such a fun mix of activities and competition.

Some games for $9 and then you need someone else to play with
That means $18 have to pay and those games in start like room in the start

Some people buy play card for their kids but then kids very small and they not play enough , card still had money on, can’t get refund against that card money , that’s waste of money for customers …
Rest rooms so much crowded , so much nasty 🤮 smoke , citrates smell while small kids are there too. Somebody need to stop people with drugs or smoking for kids place .

This is definitely a diamond in the rough considering all the stuff you got to drive by to get in there. It's also a lot bigger than you would expect from the outside. I also love how they are always updating and improving their selection of games and activities for the babies and for adults. We ordered slushies they were basically colored water, but if you're going here for activities this is definitely the move.
