Dave & Buster's Marietta - Atlanta

The smash burger was great, very filling & with fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc).

The main reason for my review is to highlight the excellent customer service skills witnessed from every person I came in contact with during my lunchtime visit. Yes, the game play is fun but I'll be back because of those interactions!

Reserved a table for 10 at 2:30pm on a Saturday. Didn't get to sit at ANY table until 3pm because they did not have my table available. Why take reservations if you are NOT GOING TO PRIORITIZE THEM!!!! Customer service was truly terrible the “manager” was hosting and couldn't be honest that they gave my table away. I was pushed to the side while they continued to sit other guests that just walked in. The food took over 40 minutes to come out but that was expected due to it being busy. 0/10 next time we are not reserving anything.

We had a private birthday party there in the event room and they did a fantastic job! My son has an egg allergy and they were very careful and accommodating. They were on top of everything during the party! Seamless planning, booking and questions were answered quickly. The staff went over and beyond! This will be the venue we use every year now!

Holiday Party for our staff. Food was good, our attendants were awesome, only draw back was many of the machines would debit you play card then not work.

Today was the worst at Dave & Busters we ever experienced! We reserved a table for 20 people we had to sit separate the first server of 4 was very confused. We asked for a manager he started to take orders but said another server was coming the second one came introduced himself and never came back the next server came started taking our orders it took over a hour for us to get our food and drinks. All while others people around us was coming eating and leaving. The manager did give us 15% discount but it wasn’t about the money it was about the experience and they never got it right.

Dave and Busters is great! Fun atmosphere, games, and drinks. However, our service was abysmal. Incredibly slow, inefficient, and ended up wasting a lot of our time. Our server was pleasant, and seemingly doing her best, but was perhaps overwhelmed with the number of tables she was assinged.

Our bartender nick was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about his drinks and helped me switch from something, That was very great to amazing. I ended up leaving him a great tip because of his knowledge. Thank you so much Nick. You’re a great man. And you made my night 100% better thank you so much
