I had a wonderful catering experience! I needed BBQ for 45 people with 24 hours notice. Mindy said she could absolutely help and walked me through menu options and quantities. When I went to pick it up, the food was ready and the service friendly. They threw in a cup of banana pudding when I told them it was for my son’s birthday! Most importantly, the food was delicious!!! Highly recommend for lunch or catering.
this place has potential! great sauce! I want more. I ordered ribs, pretty expensive but I love ribs. half of the rack was really damn good. the other half was not fresh at all. very disappointing. I'll give them another chance, c though.

I had Dave Poe’s BBQ cater my daughter's wedding reception at an upscale venue in Woodstock , GA. The food was SO delicious that guests came back for seconds, and everyone told me how much they enjoyed the food! Their BBQ is award winning and the sides (especially the Mac and Cheese) and appetizers were also excellent and flavorful! Mindy was in charge of the catering, and she was such a joy to work with throughout the entire process. She is amazing at her job and works with your budget. Wedding planning is so stressful, but Mindy made it such an awesome experience because she is so sweet, extremely helpful, and absolutely goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! I 100% recommend Dave Poe's BBQ and working with this lovely lady, Mindy, to anyone looking for event catering! They are truly the BEST!

It was my first time in and I told the lady that and she seemed to not really care nor know how to direct me. Her customer service skills need alot of work. She was of no help. As far as the food the portion size on the sides lagging for the price and the brisket was dry and not much taste. Im not one to leave a bad review but this was a overall not great experience and I spent 20.00 for food I ended up throwing out after eating a small portion. Disappointed...
