We made an emergency order for a large extravaganza pizza, which was delicious and delivered to our home.
The pizza was well cooked, crisp, and the vegetables and meats were excellent. Thank you so much for making our evening meal so effortless.

Drivers are always great , no complaints there ...
But they never have buffalo sauce on their buffalo chicken pizza , I always have to add it myself at home ... It's like the 5th time in row . Do you guys just not have it in that store ? You never call to let me know or give me an option to change the order ...
And also ....
I'm pretty sure WELL DONE does not mean BURNT !
How can you look at those pies, box them up, and still deliver it... like THAT ? And COLD TOO !

Be aware. They charged me a lot more for the pizza. Then they said they will credit my account (phone number) with two free pizza. Next time I called to get those two free pizzas and to my surprise, no one is aware of the credits. What!!!

This location is either a hit or miss. They barely put any cheese or sauce, let alone toppings at times. The pizza I ordered today has giant burnt dough bubbles on top with barely anything on it. Disappointing!

Today, we placed an order for two pies and waited. One pie was plain and the other had pepperoni and peppers. The pies were nasty... soggy, tasteless and oily. We tossed them. I regret we didn't read the reviews... we will never purchase Donimo's pizza again!

Asked for extra sauce. Got no sauce. Drove back for them to remake the pizza with Extra sauce, got home, less sauce then the first one only this time a big pile of it in the middle of the thin crust pizza. They did nothing but waste our time and gas. We won't be ordering from here again. Double check your order BEFORE you leave here. They are not reading the orders right and then doing nothing to fix them.

This is what I got delivered last night, seems like they threw it or dropped it and didn’t bother making a new one.
Guess the new management doesn’t know how to read a receipt, and doesn’t help when an order is wrong they won’t answer the phones
I'm not sure explosive diarrhea is supposed to be apart of the menu. Please have your employees wash their hands

I would use EXTREME Caution if you decide to give this Dominos a try. I was having a party for NFL kickoff, I order 2 large pizzas, wings, breadsticks & desert. After an hour and my delivery was still not here, a store employee named Linda called.
She didn’t really introduce herself or apologize for whatever delay is going on, but just jumped right in and said “we are out of brownies”…the brownies were the dessert for the kids here for the party..,for the food that was ordered an hour ago. So I said ok please refund it. She said she can’t, the order has started. Then I asked what they’re going to do and she said they can give me another dessert- so I asked options and she listed breadsticks flavors. I stopped her and said I already ordered breadstick, I needed dessert and you won’t refund me. She said well the only dessert they have is brownies, and they didn’t have those. So basically they can’t fill my order, they won’t cancel my order, and they won’t give me any options about my order.
So I asked what happens now…she had no answer and said she needed to out me on hold. Then she immediately went to hold before I could say anything and left me there for 7 mins before I gave it because I can’t spend the whole party on the phone & I assumed she would call back. She did not.
15 mins later I called back and then waited on hold for 10 more mins until the same lady Linda answered…but just said “yea?” Not any greeting or acknowledging it’s Dominos. I told her I was talking to someone and they left me on hold…she said “yea that was me” so I asked to speak to the manager. She informed me she it the manager. Then she said the order (now over an hour and a half ago) is almost ready, and she will give us lava cake instead. I said thanks but 1 you never said that was an option before 2) it’s too late and that’s not enough. This has been awful service and I want a refund.
She said she’ll let me talk to the General Manager then. I said ok great…then silence. And she said she would give me her number…then I agreed and then silence…and then she said nevermind she wants to call her first, before i talk to her…so I said this is ridiculous and she doesn’t know what she’s doing and should not be management if this is how they treat people…so she hung up.
I called back later and a different man answered the phone. I told him I want to cancel the order. He said “cool, already done”….so Linda and this guy already planned on not delivering my order. I said I still want to talk to the General Manager and he just said “Yea good luck with that” and hung up.
My kids love Dominoes. It’s been our go to for years. Game days, bday parties and movie nights…I’ve never had such a horrible experience with such disrespect and lack of accountability. I am not sure if they were hungover or really stoned but there was absolutely no emotion, empathy, or self respect in the people I spoke with. I’ve been a domino guy for a long time, but I absolutely never going to give them another dime. Worst service I’ve ever had and some of the worst examples of the labor force that you can find. What a mess of a store.

Too focused on too many food choices and trying to make themselves known for all of it, instead of giving more and better attention to their Pizzas and related dishes like a “Pizza Place“ should… That’s just what I think, anyways!
Parking: Parking spaces are all made large and wide enough in order for any sized standard vehicle can fit comfortably and easily into any available spot, with enough room still to be able to open vehicle doors on both sides simultaneously plenty wide enough for the average person to comfortably enter and exit their vehicle without any issues, including being too close to neighboring vehicle to the point it becomes nearly impossible to prevent your door from hitting/scratching theirs (or vice versa…)

John customer service was very impressive . John greeted me with a smell and made sure that I knew about their promotions excused himself once the phone rang. Greeted everyone that walked in. I must say that Kohn is the man with a master plan.
I’m very big on customer service and John nailed it. If I’m able to rate him more than 5 stars I would do just that. John thank you for your wonderful customer service.
