Domino's Pizza

Please be aware that website and app errors occur. Your card will be debited but you won't get your order. Don't even think about contacting the store because their manager, Brooke, won't care and will pass you corporate since it's a franchise. She doesn't even have the smarts as a manager to provider the information to place a complaint. Apparently, you can Google your way through a maze of ridiculous questions to wait for email to get your money back! She needs to learn how to assist the people that essentially provide her with a paycheck and Dominos' need to provide their franchise with better customer service skills!

Daniel was great to me and served me well

Honestly never had a more frustrating experience with delivery. They forgot one of our items the first go along with delivering 2/3 pizzas incorrectly. After a full phone conversation and verbally confirming what we did and did not get, we still did not get what was ordered on the second go. Whoever we spoke to on the phone was not helpful whatsoever and claimed he had no idea what was going on and would not offer a refund for items we never received.

First delivery forgot items, when having it replaced the food was still incorrect, manager on duty said they couldn’t refund anything. Even though they messed up.

Pizza is almost always poorly made and the service is as slow and incompetent as it gets. Delivery is always a nightmare to deal with, and the food arrives cold more often than not. Go to literally any other Domino’s before you come here.

Bunch of kids work here. Ordered over $70 worth of pizza for a work function and it never came. They put delivered and refused to help me. I called to speak to a manaGet for help but they refused to let me speak to one. We will NEVER ORDER from them again.

For Domino’s pizza this site is the best! I have tried other shops close to Kennesaw and they were terrible. The restaurant on Prado does well with toppings, etc.

I waitee 2 hours for soggy crustless undercooked pan pizza, and the delivery diver lied about delivering to us when he didn't. We had to contact the store and they hung up on us. We then had toconfront the delivery person face to face. Poorly ran location. I've watched this location get worse and worse the last few years. Don't bother ordering from here.

I am extremely upset about the poor service i experienced. I ordered food and it said it was delivered and it was NOT at my door. I called the store and told them what happened and the driver lied and said he handed us the food and he didnt and they acted like they did not believe me so I was hung up on. At that point i was going to drive myself to the store and complain when i see the dominos driver (jermayne i think) go to the wrong apartment where he left our order and hands us the pizza and the box is completely crushed and all he says is “my bad” i called the store again and they said he went to the wrong place and it was a mistake then hangs up again on me without consulting me about the damages. My food is now squished and barely edible. I am very disappointed for i have been a long dominos customer but after today imma post about what happened and i might have to find either a different location or a different pizza company. Submitted this statement to corporate as well.

It's a very bad experience to me .. the pizza is oozing out water. I took the pizza immediately to the store and the chef said I am making it up cose I need a refund. I said I am not here for a refund and I asked chef to trash my pizza . So poorly made pizza . Not at all recommended!!

We placed a large order for a group and they were friendly and efficient! Pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a generous amount of toppings and everything tasted great!!
