Terrible customer service.the guy was so rude

The pizza delver Bradley was excellent .
It was amazing about his service & kind.
His messaging was very good - he is a huge assets for Domino’s company he deserves recognition for his great job. It was a First time to find a person.
I hope he get a management positions-thx

I ordered delivery to my semi while I was being unloaded. My order was perfect the driver so nice ,respectful and attentive. After my long that young made me smile 😊

3 Pizzas extremely under cooked. Barely warm and old. Highly disappointed and unable to eat the food. Over $50 dollars down the drain. 🤬

The drive that was supposed to deliver my order literally got out walked around his car and hopped back in and never delivered my food he freaking drove off with it and order was placed at 10:13 and showed up at 12:22 am like r u freaking serious right now........

I came in when the black guy with the glasses was working and the food was excellent! I’m only describing him because I don’t know his name. I came
in tonight and he wasn’t in, but the pizza was absolutely disgusting! When I ask for extra cheese on my pizza, you make sure I get it! Don’t short me!!!!!

The delivery driver took over an hour to deliver my pizza!! I live maybe 5 mins from this location. When I got the pizza it was cold and the driver was sweaty! Wth was he doing that took so long! I will not be wasting another dime at that place. The kid who answered the phone was really nice tho. Get it together dominos.

So, Im standing at the register as they’re trying to figure out an order dispensed an hour before. Didnt say anything like “hey man, big problem right here, can you wait?.” Its incredibly stupid that you dont deal with the person in FRONT OF YOU. Wasting my time when you can deal with the problem after you deal with the customer.

Ordered food, pizza ready time was crazy long, canceled order and asked for a refund, they put me on hold for 30 mins and ghosted me, called next day, they processed a refund, never got my refund (It's been 2 weeks), contacted corporate, they didn't have a live rep and I submitted a case, never heard back on case (It's been one week), called corporate again, same thing happened.

Just sad really.

I guess the delivery is bad here but i only do Carryout. My pizza was always done correctly besides some forgetting to square cut. Which every domino’s does that. I only order basic pizzas like Pep & Bacon or bbq chicken and bacon pizzas. Never had it be wrong before just sometimes cut wrong.

Only thing worse than that was them burning my 16 piece parm bread bites. Besides that everything has been smooth out of 30+ orders.

The New store manager is a very nice young lady as I had an issue and came in and she did nothing but turned my experience around with nothing but a happy to help ,serve you attitude ,and action I love that so much a had to tell my truth and story of my experience! And to add I know how Georgian natives can be they love to complain but we have choices and they complain about things they can control I loved there three miserable years and that’s all you here and in the food industry and rather they are know for bad customer service not all places and people give that stigma and like I said I had a wonderful experience and my issue was resolved as I did too have a issue but I made a choice to give the a try again and issue resolved and I’m not from there just was once living in the area

Do not bother ordering from this store unless you are picking up your pizza and open it to see your order is correct and to ensure you will actually receive it. This place has failed to deliver properly to me more than once and I am just over it. I live in an apartment, and I always leave clear instructions on what my gate code is, and even what my doormat looks like to help them find the proper door. They’ve once left it at the front gate in the bushes (they could have called and asked me to come to the front if they couldn’t get in, they’ve done that before), they’ve once left it at the wrong part of our building at a totally different number, and last night they made me and my fiance (yes I know they didn’t MAKE me but I was very hungry and kind of expected my pizza to be delivered so Y’KNOW) on a hunt through the whole apartment complex, in the middle of the night in the cold to find our pizza (which we couldn’t reorder or call the store as it just turned midnight), which we never found. Anywhere. We even checked the bushes to make sure they didn’t do that again. It said it got delivered, he even called the gate so I knew they came into the complex. I’m just so perplexed how a store can fail so many deliveries for so many people. Your reviews tell me I am NOT the only one having these issues. Just don’t order delivery from here if you actually want your food.
