I think they ran out of seasoning or something cause my chicken was paper white and tasted like paper too

Hey the folks , ever since the original owners have left and went back to NYC close to a year now and sold the business the new owners have KILLED the business and the flavor of the food . They tried to create their own flavor and destroyed what was working for so long. I understand change but what they did goes way beyond that. I will never buy from there ever again and never recommend them. Choose some where else believe me . Stay away or they need to listen to their customers and go back to the old way of cooking and preparing Chinese food.

My family and I have been dining at this restaurant for over 10 years. I don't know if it's changed hands. Whoever is there now is beyond rude and cares nothing for the customer at all. I ordered $53 worth of food last night, I made it clear I do not want MSG in my food! The spring rolls tasted rotten, like rancid grease, the egg rolls had so much salt you couldn't even eat them, and the crab rangoon was soggy and chewy, not crunchy. The chicken fried rice was Bland other than loads of Salt! When I called today to speak to the manager to tell him about my bad experience, he laughed at me. I asked him do you think this is funny? His exact words were it's funny to me, not to you. He said, what do you want, you want more food or you want your money back? I would have settled for him to remake my food, since I've been going there for years and never had an issue. However, now having an issue, and seeing how they treat their long-time customers, I'm not eating there ever again! I asked for my money back he told me to bring back all the food in order to get my money back. We had already put the food on everybody's plate and when it tasted bad, we threw it away. I'm not going in the garbage unless he wants me to bring him my garbage bag, which he denied.
I wouldn't waste your hard earned money with these people they obviously do not appreciate their long-term customers or any of their customers for that matter, they think we are a joke. My suggestion is to find a restaurant that actually cares about the customer and how the food is prepared making sure to follow the customers requests especially for health reasons. Don't waste your hard-earned money they don't appreciate it nor do they care if you're satisfied or not! After seeing other reviews of people finding roaches in their food, and the quality that they've received it's obvious this place should have the health department come and inspect them thoroughly! When they're least expecting them and should not be in business! The customer is not appreciated at this place of business. It used to be a great spot, it is no longer and the owner/manager, if you have an will just laugh at you and refuse to give you your money back!

I did not except this low quality of food. I ordered kung pao. chicken and got this very thin and mushy chicken which I am not used to seeing in this dish. No corn starch or cubed chicken .. The main veggies were big chunks of celery and thick cut carrots a couple bell peppers also which were very huge and all not fully cooked. I was expecting other veggies like zucchini and more peanuts. Very disappointed

My encounter with the staff went well, but it wasn't enough to make up for the terrible food. I purchased the General Tso chicken lunch special with wonton soup. Only the broth from the soup was edible. The wontons were tough and appeared to be old. The fried rice was hard and had a weird taste. The General Tso was severely underwhelming. After 3 bites, the entire meal was thrown away.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice it was delicious I also ordered my mom shrimp lo mien and fried rice she gave the food a 10/10 my mom doesn’t like Chinese food this is the first place she enjoyed I highly recommended this place

The food is delicious and cheap. I always hesitate to try new places because I might be disappointed, but this time it wasn't like that.

I ordered from grub hub, so I can’t attest to the service or atmosphere, but the food I just got was awful. I order combo fried rice and spare ribs. The fried rice was incredibly bland and filled with so many bean sprouts. The ribs were the toughest, chewiest ribs I’ve ever had in my life. I was amazed at how bad the food was, honestly.

I’ve been struggling on finding a decent Chinese spot, you know nowadays everything taste the same or not good at all. This place was actually good, I’m pregnant and it satisfied my cravings!! As soon as you walk in, looks like any typical spot, cashier was very friendly!!

Listen, when I tell you they saved me and my stomach from fighting! Lol. I walked in right before closing. Not only did the staff welcome me but they took my order and put some love on it. I appreciate the staff and store for always having great service and food. All the hard work they put into the business shows. Thank you all at dragon 168!
