Unfortunately, I just had a very unpleasant experience. I always come to this location and order a hot brown sugar shaken espresso latte, but today when I order that same drink, they told me I can only get it iced and refuse to make it a hot form. I truly believe they just did not feel like making it the way I ordered it. One thing I cannot stand is poor service!

Something needs done fast. The employees have no idea what they are doing. No greeting. They were out of chocolate frosted donuts. So confused on what was ordered at window. Really bad service. The kids working here may be nice but they need some training! It’s not that difficult. 15 min to get a bagel and coffee. Also would like to add they handed another car my food and they had in their car a while before handing back and she tried to hand to me after! Gross! I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this location. Where’s management???

This DD is literally right down the street from my house so I can’t even explain how many times I’ve been there - I would say 6/10 times my order is wrong, the coffee is not good, IF I get food it may or may not be done right. I’m not leaving this review to make a giant complaint but if I work in DT Atlanta and the DD across the street which is used as the community bathroom outside has better coffee and food than the one at this location…. Well I think that speaks enough for how it’s being ran. I’m not going to blame the kids who work there - there needs to be a complete reset on management. I get the most basic things too - a Carmel macchiato 90% and MAYBE the everything stuffed mini bagels… that’s it. So for that to be an issue is an issue in itself. We want to come here and literally feel like we’re wasting money.

It's been 15 minutes. Was finally handed our food order with 2 large hot coffees that were room temp with grounds in them. When we asked for replacements that were hotter, we were given room temp smalls. At that point, we said screw it. The 4 employees were not at all capable and we got ripped off.

Spent literally 27 minutes in the drive thru this morning. No exaggeration. Could've baked my own donuts and brewed coffee for the whole 'hood in this amount of time. Hopefully this was a staffing anomaly, but I doubt it. A stop at Starbucks up the road would be quicker.

Good day distinguished doughnut enjoyers, this dunkin with their signiture dunkin doughnuts is dunkin doing it, chefin like Steph Curry. A better analogy would be Shaq but Curry had a better ring to it. None the less the employees are the Lakers of the Dunkin world and that makes Brad LeBron James and India D'Angelo Russel.

I think their prices are a little high. For two baggle eggs, it was 4.99. Love their avocado toast. Staff is a little slow in getting the order to you.
Cashier and employee were arguing when I pulled up to window. So attention was focused on that.
