I ordered an iced coffee and after paying the girl told me to go to the second window! FOR ICED COFFEE!!! I sat at the window for 10 minutes talking to my husband not realizing I’d been sitting for that long. I walk into the store, no one greets me or say anything to me. After standing for 3 minutes taking pictures, watching everyone walk past me I say excuse me. I ask for my coffee and low and behold it’s SITTING ON THE COUNTER NEXT TO THE GIRL THAT TOLD ME TO PULL TO THE SECOND WINDOW!!!! No apology or nothing just ugly stares and blank faces! New Management PLEASE!!! You’ll see my coffee sitting next to the girl at the window in the photos!!!!

i ordered two donuts and never got them, and in my coffee i ordered creamer and they dident add any at all. severely disappointed

Don’t waste your time or money here. There are several other Dunkin’s in the area that provide better service and quality food. I asked for cream in my drink and was told no! Starbucks is down the street but this place is a complete disappointment every time. The so called manager Lexi is the absolute worst of them all. Beware!

So slow the girl in drive way with short curly hair is no help it’s like 7 people waiting she standing there with her hands folded no1 in drive thru and that is out of everything
