I usually use the drive-thru but once in a while, I do come inside the establishment, like today, for instance. I like the setup. Very organized. Especially the donut counter. It's well placed with window and tags. It's not the same as the other Dunkin stores I've been in. This one has a unique atmosphere. 😊 Service is awesome on this establishment. A+ location too for me, just before my workplace. 😁

This is my favorite DD. The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. They’ve even memorized my order! I’ve been to quite a few DD across ATL and what I can say is they’ve never made me a bad drink or food item. I’m not sure if I go for the treats or just to see my girls!

The customer service is horrible here the women just run their mouth. They pick and choose who they speak to. They a few of them lazy you can tell by the body language And attitude and the food you get. Whoever hire them should be fired. The manager may have been in there to if so she need to be fired. I have been to other locations and a few of them are the same way And a couple are great spots. This one is slack. Not all the women but if it was 10 of them 8 of them don’t need this job this is customer service stop making the bacon so hard waste of money

Went for donuts sat in line almost 30 mins. There were only 3 cars ahead of us when I pulled up to the speaker and placed our order. Got to the window and they asked what was our order waited another 3 mins then thry informed us they didn't have the donuts we wanted. Thankfully, they issued a refund speedily.
Went this morning before work and they are out of HOT COFFEE. Please make this make sense.

I stood at that counter for a little over 2 minutes and no one said absolutely not one world to me …I put my card back in my wallet and walked out and no one still even asked did I want to place a order ..they as just walking around like zombies
