Wanted to order a Rockstar energy drink that the app said this location had. The employees yelled they didn't have the drink. Other establishments would've looked at the drinks ingredients and attempted to make it. Then look at my snacking bacon. Why would you pass this out the window?

I always drive through and get the same drink which is a large frozen Caramel coffee. It's always amazing.
The manager got an attitude because I told them my coffee wasn’t even warm. apparently, customer service means nothing.

Service was prompt and friendly. Family of 5 for the Baskin Robin's ice cream treat of the night. Everything was great. The floor had some straw rappers and food crumbs, but it was ok. It didn't look dirty. It just needed a sweep.

They don't smile (especially the super tall girl). You can order on the app 10mins prior, and 15 mins later it's not done. You mean to tell me if I was at the drive thru I would be holding up the line for 15 mins?I have no clue why this is not marked down in inspections. Why would the donuts not be in container with a door? I seen 3 flies in there landing on all these donuts. I have a video but it won't allow me to post it. But when you order a sandwich. The stuff just be thrown on it and it doesn't look anything like the picture.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to period. I’m not sure what has happened. I don’t see the same people working there and the service is horrible. The wait is long, They are not friendly and courteous. Management definitely needs to look into this.
