this dunkin used to be good but now it just SUCKS. they must’ve got an entire new staff that has no idea what they’re doing. no matter if you order to pick up inside or the drive thru, it’s going to take at least 10-15 minutes. I watched someone stand at the counter and wait for 5-10 minutes to even be greeted or her order taken this is the third time they’ve made me late to work. I only go here bc I live less than a minute away. please be better

If you order a dozen donuts on the app, don't even bother picking out the flavors... They are going to give whatever they want anyway. Very aggravating! And I also ordered an iced latte and it was missing almost a whole inch from the top.

Went through the drive thru and order a coffee and a croissant, was handed a box of donut holes , told the girl that was not mine, she then tossed a croissant to me, I asked for my coffee she said it was coming asked me to pull forward, I had to come into the store after waiting 10 minutes, then had to wait for the guy to make it, they absolutely suck

My old fashioned donut was so stale it was as hard as a rock 😭 Took one very crunchy bite and spat it back out

Also ordered midnight brew but received just the regular drip coffee. I’ll never understand why Dunkin refuses to just brew more coffee when they run out….

Horrible service. When I went in with my 2 kids and stood at the ice cream counter for someone to wait on us, the girl behind the counter just stared and at me and didn't say anything. After a couple of minutes of this we just left and went to the Dallas Hwy location instead where we were warmly greeted and someone was happy to help us. I will never go to the Whitlock location ever again. I am not sure how it stays in business with service like this.

They never have what you want, those workers are very nonchalant. Yes you can spend $20 they never have napkins to give you. Like do better.

Nobody greeted us when we go to the drive through speaker, we said something after 3 minutes, then again after 6 minutes or so. 20 minutes for one drink and no other cars in line? No customers inside. Just go to the Dallas highway location 5 minutes down the road, I learned my lesson. The drink is missing the cold foam as well

Second time in my past three visits that my coffee tasted like chemicals are in it. And there breakfast sandwiches seem to be far more skimp than other locations.

If there was a negative option, it would be more appropriate. Visit this store if you would like to stand at the counter to order and within the 5 minutes you wait, each individual staff member will look at you, make eye contact, and then never say anything, never take your order, just look at you like how dare you come here for food. Worst experience ever. Who raised these kids and who was like yes let’s hire them!

I was there in the morning and they were very unprofessional. The guy who took my order interrupted me multiple times while taking my order. When I was there a girl opened a hot coffee packet with her teeth. That is gross. Not to mention everyone there was working very slow and it wasn’t busy at all. After I ordered they didn’t make my food as asked and I had to remind them a few times. This is a very unprofessional environment. I have seen a lot better and this dunking needs to be better.
