this dunkin is only good is avi is there that’s the only time my food is made correctly i work nearby and go there religiously and if he’s not there i will literally just turn around and walk out because nope and if he ever leaves or they fire him i’ll take my money back to i prefer them but i go to this dunkin because he has great customer service, keeps the store clean like he’s cleaning everytime i go in there and he actually knows how to make everything on the menu properly and it actually feel worth paying the outrageous prices for dunkins mediocre food and coffee and if they get rid of him or leaves this will be changed because he’s the only reason this dunkin is worth getting anything from (jake is also wonderful and does good on making the food edible)

I went here and asked if they still made the brownie sundae. The guy was rude and just said no. I asked him for chocolate chip cookie dough with Oreos. The guy said no, again that they don’t have any. I finished my order and pulled to the window and a young white guy with brownish hair just look at me. So I waited for him to at least greet me or l give me the total. The guy snatched my card. I’m not sure what I did to deserve this treatment. He really lacks customer service and shouldn’t be serving people. I honestly wanted to just cancel everything and drive 20 more minutes to Brusters. Chk 4946

Me and my boyfriend went to Dunkin’ baskin Robbin’s to get milkshakes after a long day of work. We were both tired and didn’t feel like dealing with people so we went through drive through. They were very rude to us when they took our order. Never told us our total. We ordered a large Oreo milkshake and a medium cookie dough milkshake. After they took forever to take our payment they took forever to give us the milkshakes. Instead of giving us our large and medium milkshake they only gave us mediums. Which wouldn’t necessarily be a huge deal however the shakes were disgusting. It was more milk than anything, it was not mixed properly, and they did not wash the blender after using it. My cookie dough had chunks of Oreos and frankly tasted more like Oreo than cookie dough which is extremely unsanitary. The staff seemed to care more about goofing around than actually doing their jobs. We will not be coming back here.

Closes at 9pm. Get there just before 830. Go through the drive thru and no response. Then pull around and go inside. 3 employees one is helping other customers. One is counting the drawers and says someone will be with you in a minute and then proceeds to the next 2 registers while we stand there. The other wearing the headset is wiping down and oblivious. I don't know if the staff has changed recently, as I usually stop at this location around the same times as it is close to my work. I will not stop here again and drive out of my way to find customer service.
