Employees extremely rude in my opinion, and ordered $4 bacon only to receive it ice cold and politely asked to just warm it up and they refuse. Who wants ice cold hard bacon??

In the drive through they gave me the wrong donut. Upon asking for the correct donut, they refused to give me the right donut unless I gave them the donut I had already taken a bite out of (before realizing it was wrong), stating they were “giving me a free donut.” I told them my son would want to eat it if they were just going to throw it away. He refused and said I had to pay in the case I wanted the correct donut I had originally asked for. Drive to another Dunkin!

The morning crew is usually good but lately they have been slacking . I ordered loaded hashbrowns barely any cheese on them or bacon on them… mind you I’m paying $4 for these i could’ve just got regular hashbrowns for a $1 If that’s the case. Forgetting things in your order. They act like they don’t want to serve you when you walk in with a dreaded look on their face and don’t greet you . I usually really like this Dunkin but the customer service and experience is starting to lack.

I asked for a large caramel macchiato, and the whole entire thing was just milk. I kindly ask him to remake it or add more coffee and they did absolutely nothing to change that. then I proceeded to park in their parking lot and go inside and ask them to remake it a third time and nothing changed. I guess Dunkin’ Donuts just hires anybody that walks in. someone needs to train them that no one wants a large cup of milk.

I ordered through the app and when I went to go pick it up, half the donuts I selected (mostly just chocolate frosted) weren’t available and the kid at the register just handed them to me half empty..
I asked him if I could replace the donuts and so he did (just in awe that he didn’t just either call me to cancel the order or ask me when I got there which donuts I’d rather have in place of the missing ones).
The donuts themselves looked botched and old. The hashbrowns I got were stale. Overall, I absolutely hated this run. I’ve never actually had an issue with Dunkin prior to this! They’ve always been great. Not sure what happened this time around - hence the 2 instead of 1 stars (in case this was just a fluke).

Terrible Ordered two bagels and hot coffees. One bagel was burned until black, the second was hard as a rock as if obviously had been microwaved more than once. The hot coffees were barely warm. Called and spoke with a manager and she just made some excuses about a toaster malfunction. Which doesn't explain the coffee or the other bagel. What a waste of my hard earned money. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and just plain rude.
Very interesting that you close at 9pm but you stop serving food at 8pm… this store probably won’t last very long.

Went at about 6:30am, the staff was nice and fast with their orders, the inside and drive thru weren't all that busy, just a handful of people, and the food and drinks are really good. Would definitely return for the egg and cheese wraps and their Sparkd Energy drinks!!
Vegetarian options: Since there's the donuts, overall there's a large amount of meatless foods. Luckily, for non donut items, that still have a variety of things to choose from and since it seems like the food is prepackaged, you're able to customize your order with minimal cross contamination, whether it be for dietary preferences or allergies.
Parking: Pretty good parking tho if drive thru is packed or there's a delivery truck, it might take a bit to get to the designated parking areas. I haven't gone when they were super busy, especially for parking/going inside, so I don't know if parking could be a possible issue with trying to wait for a spot but with all the times I've gone, I haven't encountered any issues.

Today I went to order my regular frozen coffee and all 3 young men were so kind, respectful, and helpful. I didn’t get their names bt it’s the Sunday afternoon. When I got ready to leave one young gentleman ran around the counter and opened the door for me. Thank you to their mothers for raising such charming and respectful young men? Very much appreciated. This is the store on East Piedmont and Roswell rd. By the way the coffees and donuts were delicious
