They should spend less on massive advertising campaigns and more on food quality and employee pay. The only thing they do well is coffee, and that’s because it’s basically just water.
My order was about 50% correct and it took 15m to get it. Just got two people, another few mis for the employees to make the missing items, and a grand total for 20m for fast food. The warmed muffin was cold by then, but we just left. The portion sizes are terribly small compared to any other fast food place for the same price.
It’s been a bit over a year since I came here and it will probably be the last time.

I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese today and the bagel I got had less than half an Oz of cream cheese spread on it. I know sop for dd is 1.5 to 1.75 oz depending on location. This dunkin is trying to save money by charging 2 bucks for less than half an oz of topping. I would not waste my money here, and if I did, definitely check the food before you leave.

Very dissapointed. Staff seemed to have no training or idea what was going on, asked for my order 3 seperate times and waited 20 minutes for a medium iced coffee. I will visit other locations from now on.

The customer service is horrible at this location. I had a bad experience at this location once and was leery to stop by this location again but I was on my lunch break and I had to stop at Walgreen which is on Canton Rd and it was closer to this Dunkin. I ordered a ice latte with extra expresso. Mind you, theres a charge for extra expresso. The fact that I have Dunkin coffee EVERY day, I know when extra expresso has been added. As the lady was giving me the coffee, I asked if she added extra expresso because it doesn't look like it, she looked back and asked the worker, he said yes and she said if I give you another shot, you're gonna have to pay for it again. Again, I let her know that extra expresso wasn't added any way. At this point,I didn't need anything to mess my day up. Well as she was handing the coffee to me though the drive thru it wasted all over me. Coffee and ice was all over me and my car. I can only thank God it was a ice latte and not HOT. I asked her if she could refund me my money, she initially said no, ran to the back and said she was going to call her manager. At this point, I drove around to the front and got out the car. I went to the front register and asked for her. I was calm but pissed. I remember as I walked up to the register asking where the lady went, the gentleman at the register instructed me to sit down and not in a pleasant way at all.. I told him, no I wasn't going to sit down. I was fine standing. The lady finally came to the front on the phone. She did go towards the register. I had no idea what she was doing. I nicely picked my phone up and called 911 ( non emergency). I explained to them what was going on. She said she will send an officer out. I was still waiting around for my money, at this point I'm only assuming the young lady was asking her manager how to refund me my money but she never told me or reassured me that that was what she was doing. Then she said to me, leave the store since you called the cops on me, I said to her, I'm not leaving until I get my money. I had already called the cops and was waiting on them to come. It honestly should not have gotten to this. It literally messed my entire day up. It happened 5hrours ago and still feel a way. I know there are cameras there that will show what happened at the drive through. I am working withe corporate now. I respect everyone, everywhere I go. I'm not trying to give others or no one a hard time. I know I was treated wrong today... I know I will never step foot at that Dunkin Donuts again. Go where you are appreciated.

Ordered a large hot chai latte with pumpkin swirl. It's my understanding that syrup is used for both the chai and the pumpkin swirl flavors yet as I was drinkng, I was getting tons of coffee grounds in my mouth. The bottom of my cup has so many coffee grounds floating around, the drink cannot be enjoyed. $6 wasted.

Don’t expect to be greeted kindly. These are the same coffees, two different colors, and they tasted awful. How hard can it be to add cream and sugar to coffee? Probably not rocket science.

This is the cleanest and most organized Dunkin I have ever been to!

Staff never gets our order right, over charged us today. Definitely going to a different location from now on.

EDIT: we just went to the bells ferry location and was told that they in fact did mess up our berry burst drink. The staff at canton tried to gaslight us and charge us extra. Do not come to this location.

This location is great, they even stepped up and went above and beyond for my pregnant girlfriend after another location dropped the ball!

Another location (NEVER go to the one on Bell's Ferry) tried to give my pregnant girlfriend a regular caffeine latte, when she had ordered decaf (cause she is pregnant). Tried to argue with her when she said she ordered decaf, then gave her a "new" one that ended up tasting like it had EXTRA espresso in it.

My girlfriend then went to this location, here on Canton Road, and they replaced her drink that other, trash location gave her, so she finally got the pregnancy-safe decaf she had ordered in the first place.

This location will not only get more of our business, but the business of friends and family as well, as we will be telling everyone we know how good this location is.

The guys had good attention 👍🏻they didn't discriminated against us because we were Mexican Americans from California. Other people in that state did discriminate against us because we were from California. And California is 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

This location cannot make iced coffee to save its life lol. It’s always watered down & lacking in taste/ color ): staff is really nice but my coffee order here is never good & it feels like a waste of $5 every time. sadly this has been the only dunkin on my morning route but i think i’ll just start going without.
