Got a breakfast sandwich and when I asked for jelly I was told no,it don't go on that. Didn't get napkins or a straw. Had to ask for them. The lady looked at me and said what? I said can I please have a straw and napkins. She rolled her eyes and made a face while talking to another employee about me needing items at the window. HELLOOOOOO your window is open,I can hear you. She said ok.RUDE AND I WONT BE BACK!!!?

Love this place! Always so fast & friendly. Only DD that makes my coffee perfect every time! I go out of my way to come to this location. The manager, Colleen, & her staff are always so sweet! Never had an unpleasant experience and I come almost every day!

Very disappointed today, I come every other day for the same drink. It tastes the same and is made very quickly. Today, however, 1 car in line, still waited 15 mins for my drink while the drink sat on the counter, 3 people working barely any customers inside.. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like straight milk. Waste of money.

I am very disappointed my sandwich tasted like cleaning detergent and my matcha iced latte was horrible had no taste of matcha whatsoever. The manager was giving attitude and very rude. I will never come back to this location. they have the worst customer service.

Love this location. My drink is always made the same and the people that work the drive thru and very nice. There was this guy who always recognizes me and greets me. He is maybe 30-45 dark brown hair and brown eyes with a slight accent. Awesome representation of your Dunkin location.The bacon could be crispier, but that’s just my opinion. Overall great experience.

Stale biscuits and staff don't have the sense to tell the customer that the biscuit is old, and maybe offer an alternative.Went to drive thru and ordered a chicken biscuit and one old fashioned donut. Simple right? Wrong! I paid 5.91 after a long 10 minutes and drove home. Sat down and opened a sausage biscuit HARD as a baseball. I drove back and walked in and handed the overwhelmed gal the sausage baseball. I told her what it was supposed to be. She opened up the freezer draw and picked up a sausage disc with her bare hand. I told her it was sausage and then she picked up the frozen piece of chicken again bare hand. At that point I asked for my money back.This SANDY PLAINS store is sinking fast. I'm done going there, as this was the 4th adventure in simple fast food. I recommend going to the one on Canton Rd . Stay away from Dunkin on SandyPlains rd in Marietta Georgia
