Unprofessional employees looking 100% confused. I have to repeat my order like 15 times no matter who’s working. Yesterday they said I ordered a pink drink with water. Who the hell orders a pink drink with water???? But I also am not giving them one star, because they are pretty friendly. They just seem very challenged.

I don’t usually do reviews, but this Dunkin has disappointed me time after time. My local Dunkin was closed and I was really craving a latte, so I made the extra drive to go to this location. Most times I go poor service and poor quality food if they even get your order, right. This time I was in the drive-through line for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me people behind me had to reverse out of the drive-through line because the service was that slow. I waited a couple more minutes and they eventually cycled through, but when I got my coffee, it wasn’t even what I , it was what I ordered. It didn’t taste like what it supposed to

I ordered the $6 meal deal and it was horrible. Waste of money. My biscuit was rock hard and the hash browns were luke warm. Only thing good was the coffee. If i would've checked my food at the window i would have requested a refund in person. I also sent dunkin an email about my experience but they didn't contact me back. I wont go to this location again.

Terrible service. I went there on Wednesday afternoon. I asked for a sweeter coffee and she said that ALL of them are just coffee with milk. I asked what the difference was between them and she couldn't tell me, and she was even rude, wanting us to be quicker even though we were the only ones in the store. The savory donut was awful, definitely day-old bread. I love Dunkin' but this place is terrible.
Worst Dunkin’ ever. Avocado toast was so hard, had to throw away. Put bacon on it despite request not to have bacon

This is the SLOWEST DD I have ever been to. I ordered a Chipotle hash brown wrap and I get to the window, FINALLY and they tell me they don't have the sauce. Don't you take inventory????? Unreal. But then I get charged for the actual item. And then had to wait even longer to get my food. This place is never open on time in the morning. I come here for convenience only, but it's at this point I'd rather drive someplace else instead of dealing with this headache.

Experience is highly dependent on staff, some are nice- some seem to realize they work at dunkin and want out. Drive thru line gets super skinny around a turn, seen multiple people scrap their rims on it.
Its the usual experience at every dunkin ive been to though, I dont blame staff or management.

I been going in this location over six months.The staff preparing the food is very unsanitary. The workers leave the food area with gloves on to take food outside to waiting customers. He touch doors , countertops as well as the food prep station. I observed staff come back inside and prepare food with the same gloves on. They did not wash their hands and you literally can see the dirt on the uniforms. This is disgusting. Health Department please take a look at Dunkin Doughnuts on Windy Hill Rd in Marietta Georgia. The manager attitude is disturbing too. She talks Negative about all customers once they leave the building.
