After a busy day at work, I picked up my daughter and, as usual, she requested a stop at Dunkin' Donuts. We went through the drive-through and ordered two coffees (one for myself and one for my daughter) and two croissant stuffers, which my daughter loves. However, when we reached the window to pay, I was informed that the $50 bill I had couldn't be accepted because the location only had one drawer and couldn't break the bill.
This left us very disappointed, especially after waiting in line for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, we had to leave without our order due to this inconvenience. In my experience, a customer should never be turned away due to lack of change, especially after patiently waiting.
I believe that good customer service would have found a way to accommodate us, perhaps even providing the order for free as a gesture of goodwill, considering the inconvenience. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service at your locations.

Service was quick but they wouldn’t even heat up my regular glazed donut. I only wanted it heated for a few seconds. Warm donuts are the best. Disappointing.

This is a review about a specific food item I ordered from this location. I rarely ever indulge in a sweet treat, I am a big coffee drinker so my go to is just my regular black coffee, but with fall just around the corner my basic white girl instincts kicked in as soon as I read the word “ pumpkin “ …. I must order this. I ordered the pumpkin donut, I believe I had this donut back when I was just a munchkin ( haha get it ) but I couldn’t recall the taste so I was thrilled to give this a try once again. As soon as opened the bag to give this donut a try, we made eye contact. There was a lot of tension between me and this pumpkin donut. I knew she was the one. I picked it up and felt how thick the glaze on it was, my mouth began to water. I took a bite and as soon as I did I felt a dopamine rush. My depression I had 30 seconds ago has now vanished. I felt pure bliss eating this donut and had to share this experience with someone else…. except I don’t have any friends so I gave my dog a nibble. He sniffed it and was slightly hesitant, but as soon as he took that little nibble he literally started to profusely shake out of excitement. He started running up the walls like Spider-Man and doing back flips, his depression was also now cured, all because of this donut. If you’re reading this I hope you make the time to go get yourself this pumpkin donut before the season comes to an end. It cures all mental illnesses, possibly even physical ones. It brings families and friends together again. Don’t you dare pass on this opportunity because this was the most inviting experience. Thank you Dunkin Donuts.
I went in today around 5pm. I knew my selection would be limited and thanks to Catherine we picked out the best options (she wanted to make more she felt so bad and I love that about her!) She gave me suggestions and helped even with my son who had a hard time picking! I never felt rushed and as always delicious! Idk how much Catherine makes but whatever it is it's not enough she needs a raise!! Oh she also recommended a drink which was also amazing and my new favorite!

I work down the street so it’s the only DD worth going to for quick stuff. But 90% of the time I go here they don’t have any specialty items in stock and the food is barely warm. I don’t know if DD just hates this place because they get sent short supplies or whatever. But it’s time to find a new place to go.
