Consistently the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every visit takes way longer than other stores, they’re constantly understaffed and those that do work are either rude and disinterested or forgetful and repetitive, my coffee is never mixed right and my food is always cold or the wrong item. Honestly just shut this location down at this point.

Pulled up to the drive thru after 2 cars had placed their order. When it came to be my turn, the person running drive thru immediately greets me with "we can't take your order right now"Needless to say, I won't be back - service is always so-so here to begin with. I'd rather pay for over priced donuts elsewhere.

Dirty inside, the restroom closed, and she opened the bag by entering her hand down it to open. Then she took a paper to pick up the donut and put it in the bag. Why bother? We threw it away.

Need too hire better employees. Wish I would’ve taken a pic of the bagel the sold me. The top was cut super thin. Instead of toasting it like I asked, it looked like it may have been thrown in the a microwave. They put no effort in pleasing the customer.

First off the service is HORRIBLE ! The women in the front have nasty attitudes and they were throwing people food on the counter . My drinks were just sitting in the back and they didn’t even call my name to let me know it was ready I had to stand up and get it myself . Then on top of that my drink wasn’t even made correctly ,If you don’t like your job QUIT ! Why work in customer service with no customer service . I will not be back.
